'system' of man

forceful
'way' is controlled by
men of the PAST who
today are the walking 'dead,'
being those who
are NOT 'living' in the
Light because the
'bed' they made was in
the spiritual 'grave'
where they are 'bound'
by the eternal 'Knave.'

Many years ago before
you were born your
democratic
'freedom of living'
ideological 'belief' was
'shorn' like the fleece
from the back of a lamb
because men wielding
'guns' decided to;
'impose rules of
constraint'
and, - - - that
their 'way'
was to BE
imposed upon
all
forcefully.

The deep Truth: What was or is the 'way' so decided and by whom? - It is God the Dark Sovereign Power. The 'way' so decided was that all in the land would 'live' by the 'rule of law' in that THE LAW as seen by man would BE a 'set of rules' in a book upheld and protected 'honourably' by men using force and guns. |
Yes, unseen by man the 'invocation' of these rules would be backed by the MIND of the Dark Sovereign Power, God who is involved in every aspect of 'control & subjugation' and thus every activity of such is backed by His 'forbidden to use' Dark Power.
So man of 'good intent' invoked a 'Primary' and 'higher' book of rules named The CONSTITUTION of the land which would be the 'guiding' principle for each and ALL subsequent 'decrees or rules or acts or statutes' named 'the laws of the land and, - - - no subsequent 'decrees or rules or acts or statutes' could override or overrule the primary Constitutional 'rules' which would BE 'protected' by Military Might.
The Primary rule
affecting all
mankind of every
'kind' or colour or
'caste' was that
they would receive
armed protection
from the King's men
and be
'permitted' to live
by their
'unique'
conscience,
ideological belief,
rites & rituals
and
thus their
'Religion,'
as long as
they did NOT
'disturb'
the peace of the
land.
Many dishonourable,
greedy, power
hungry,
unconscionable
political and other
men in positions of
power ignored the
authority granted
unto them by
said Primary
Constitutional rule
as they invoked
'thousands' of added
latter day rules as
the means of
monetary
extortion,
interference,
control,
enslavement,
punishment
etc., and they
ignored the
DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS
of common man
to live in
peace
and NOT be
interfered
with.

The deep Truth: How so and why so? Because the Dark Sovereign Power, God 'cunningly' invaded the psyche of the vain & arrogant & power hungry and gave them the 'justification' to ignore the 'bounds' HE 'set' so that they and all who supported and funded their iniquitous way became GUILTY of Treason and anarchy which WAS 'punishable' by HIM within His absolutely Just and equitable 'eye for an eye' LAW. |

Why does 'simple' man
not SEE that they should
NEVER 'live' by the
dictates of other
mortals IF said 'way'
is a contravention

'way' of the other is

"Go your way in peace

The deep Truth: When any person 'buckles' to the demands of political forces and armed men and 'pays' a ransom to support their demands, they become complicit and place themselves within the 'eye for an eye' PUNITIVE aspect of God's LAW for the 'inhospitable' actions imposed upon OTHERS by their political as well as by their enforcement 'servants.' |
So today, armed
'officials' run around
holding a book of rules
in their 'left' hand and
a gun in their 'right'
hand, as they 'throw the
book' at everyone whom
they BELIEVE is a
'victim' of their books
of
rules,
rules which they are
paid a mercenary wage to
uphold. Said officials cannot
use their own
conscience
and are thus but
'robots' whose
activities are
themselves
controlled by
said 'text' rules in a
book.

The deep Truth: All have forgotten from whence their operational 'mandate' arose, and that IF a person is NOT disturbing the peace, then they are NOT 'obliged' to live by even ONE of the thousands of latter day rules. It follows that an 'enforcer' who arrests a person who is NOT 'guilty' of disturbing the peace is thus a person themselves 'disturbing the peace' of the peaceful. Those officers of State disturbing the peace of the peaceful are themselves 'Guilty' and in need of CORRECTION and EDUCATION. |
In this 'case' a member of the public, namely Martin Nader, was sitting in his vehicle eating a 'MacDonald's' meal when approached by a police officer who found a 'reason' to search his vehicle and found a quantity of cannabis therein.
As it is a proven fact that Martin was 'peaceful' and living within the 'constraints' of God's Command as well as that of the Australian Constitution requirement within the Freedom of Religion Act, the intrusion & interference into his life and subsequent arrest was UNLAWFUL and the said police interference was disturbing his peace.
The
'temporary'
detention
at the hands
of the
attending
Police and
their
'inquisition'
was a
contravention
of the
Command of
God as well
as in
contravention
of the
Freedom of
Religion Act
of
the
Constitution
as NO latter
day 'drugs'
Act of 1981
applied.

The deep Truth: If God the Father the Dark Sovereign Power exerts any punishment upon Martin at the hands of anyone then it 'proves' simply that at some other time and place, be it in this life or a pre-birth 'time,' Martin was 'guilty' of confining another and/or causing them to suffer 'something' or, was complicit to this imposition upon others at the hands of his 'servants.' The deep Truth: If God the Father the Dark Sovereign Power exerts any punishment upon Martin at the hands of anyone during this 'case,' then those imposing said 'sentence' place themselves 'squarely' within the bounds of the punitive aspect of His 'eye for an eye' Law, and ahead will suffer all 'endured by' and imposed upon Martin. |
Since time
immemorial
some men

telling
other men
'how' they
must live. I
can
categorically
STATE that
any police
person or
magistrate
or other
enforcer who
continues to
DEFY or DENY
their
Creator,
God,
will
now 'find
out' all
about His
immense
Power
as He
'castigates'
them at the
hands of the
merciless
soon to be
seen here
and there
and
everywhere.

The deep Truth: Any defiance of God's Command is TREASON against the State of Heaven which is protected by God's MIGHT and He 'brooks' NO contenders to His Throne. In His 'mind' any person defiant of Him is deemed unworthy and their anarchy and treason is punishable by DEATH, spiritual death, in being 'cast' into the PIT of eternal oblivion. |

The deep Truth: What mortal man does not 'see' is that this world is a realm outside of Heaven and thus one of the thousands which exist between the pure Light and the pure Dark. It is one where man is already on the road to Hell and being 'kept' so by God. Why? Because the 'moment' your ignorant or arrogant 'spirit' defies God's Command, He sets out to DESTROY it for He sees that IT is a 'bad' seed unworthy of living in His 'heavenly' Paradise because said bad seed is a 'blot' in His sight. It is the Almighty Power of God the Father which keeps man living in a 'delusion' of grandeur and INIQUITY and in the False belief of their superiority so that they continue on their downward 'slide' to oblivion, which can take an eternity in itself before THE eternal BURN. |
Every person

'standing'

needs to
UNDERSTAND

RULING of

'Freedom of
Religion'
clause of
the
Constitution
applies in
every realm
of God in

person has
the right to

The deep Truth: Every politician and their enforcers need to UNDERSTAND that IF they impose any punitive 'rules' upon others who are NOT 'Guilty' of disturbing the peace of the land, then it is the enforcers who ARE 'Guilty' of disturbing the peace of OTHERS and THIS activity is an illegal ACT of TREASON and ANARCHY and punishable by the implementation of THE LAW OF GOD. |
There is an 'obvious' reality of today, that reality being that everyone is finding the JUSTIFICATION to interfere in the lives of others for a multitude of reasons, not the least of which being to extract money and to 'vindictively' cause punitive harm.
It is

'officials'

ignoring the
authority
granted unto
them by the
Constitution
or, by
common man
becoming
more
'uncivil,'
confrontational,

frustrated,
angry and
fearful. All

The deep Truth: One thing IS for SURE. As God with His infinite 'intelligence' and limitless Power is the 'overriding' FACTOR, and as His 'Equal energy return ~ eye for an eye' Law is immutable, any person taking it upon themselves to IMPOSE 'Punitive Justice' using forceful 'backup' place themselves within said 'eye for an eye' LAW of God and, - - - I simply 'suggest' that we ALL now forgo 'punishment and interference' and use our God given conscience, mercy and compassion as WE 'turn the other cheek' and forgive those who trespass against us and OBEY our God. |

Judgement
decision
'pre-empted'
by ME but I
can say what
I 'think'
are the
'possibilities'
to BE:

1 - The Magistrate remains 'honourable' and upholds the 'ruling' of the Constitutional Authority and thus 'throws' the case out of the window and 'admonishes' the arresting officer and the prosecutor for a 'false' arrest and a false 'attempt' at monetary extortion and punishment. 2 - The Magistrate ignores the Freedom of Religion Act and 'sides' with the prosecutor and political forces of the land and ignores the 'false arrest' aspect and imposes a punitive factor. If this is his 'way' then he consigns his OWN soul to the Abyss for a time and a time. 3 - If Martin is 'jailed' ahead for any 'reason' then THAT is the judgement imposed by the Dark Sovereign Power, God via the ignorant, for reasons UNKNOWN by man. |

The 'What IF' Factor? As my 'pen' sees it, the use of Cannabis is not illegal in the eyes of God. Neither is the use thereof illegal within the 'rules of man' as long as the user does not disturb the peace of the land whilst so doing, as they 'live' within the 'constraints' ruling of the Freedom of Religion clause of the Constitutional Authority.
However, if a person is found to BE disturbing the peace of the land and is 'proven' to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol then they are PROVEN to be in conflict with and in contravention of God's Command and the 'Freedom of Religion' ACT of the CONSTITUTION.

IMPORTANT INCLUSION NOTE: In the context of the 'Peace & love & morality & cause no harm & do not disturb the peace of others' aspect of God's Command, the Freedom of Religion proviso of 'Morality and do not disturb the peace' is extended by ME to be understood by all that:
IF a 'drug or alcohol' user loses control of their mind or emotions or, the vehicle in their 'control,' and IT or they cause injury or harm to others or damage to property, that within the immutable Law of God, all suffered by their 'victim' becomes their 'unavoidable' due to be suffered by them when God so decides and, - - - is not 'voided nor avoided' even if they have insurance 'cover note policy' and, - - - they cannot claim any immunity from man using the Freedom of Religion clause due to having 'violated' ITS conditions.

The deeper Truth: When we are abused by a person it is in FACT the invisible Dark Energy of the Source USING the abuser to balance ITS 'Scales of Justice' via the 'mouth & hand' of an ignorant callous person who is 'drunk' on feelings of POWER. |
Suffering goes round and around UNTIL the individual learns to BE kind & forgiving.
Every person of any standing who defies God's Command through finding a reason which justifies them in disturbing the peace of another, is a person who has become a CRIMINAL 'offender' in the eyes of God whether they are a civilian or a police enforcer who detains a peaceful person.
Man must ONLY 'set' guidelines to assist people and educate them to a correct code of conduct and elevate their consciousness.
EDUCATION is the TRUE peaceful way forward.
