Men with guns v/s God in the case 'ATO v/s Clemencia Barnes'
Dear Damian, I write this letter to you because I know that
you are an intelligent and earnest young man who has a duty to
humanity to elevate its consciousness, so I but trust that this
note will assist you ahead.
It has been an interesting road testing the
Freedom of
Religion Acts of the Constitution as that relates to ITS 'strength' in
protecting the peaceful or not, and it is obvious now that the
earthly 'Sovereign' who, within the constitutional texts clearly promised to limit
and restrict the rules imposed upon
the community by government officials has failed to UPHOLD her
promise, since her officials have
now openly denied constitutional
Freedom of Religion which means
that the Constitution is now PROVEN to be
'voided.'
In fact the Constitution and ITS limitations is also
totally ignored by the Police who simply 'side' with treasonable
magistrates and regrettably, the Tasmania Governor (Kate Warner)
has herself also been treasonable by her failing in her sole duty to uphold
ITS 'principles.' 'Kate' and all involved in this prosecution
are taking a false wage and
dishonouring their own souls before their God.
It is very obvious to me that the $ 8,500 fine imposed
ILLEGALLY by the court of petty sessions magistrate Reg. Marron
is simply indicative of the greed now prevalent in society. It
is also indicative to the FALSE belief of ATO officials and magistrates
that since they hold the 'gun' Power that they can
simply ignore the RULES of their own institution and
openly STEAL money from the peaceful and the innocent. This was clearly
proven to be the case in this matter. Unfortunately Judges and
Magistrates are totally ignorant of
THE LAW of EQUAL Return of God that I am
here to 'reinstate' into the consciousness of mankind.
My 'use' of Clemencia to
TEST the validity and strength of the Constitution of Tasmania
and Australia is now over and 'we' have the PROOF as do you and
all 'readers' of my on line document that magistrates backed by
the Tasmania Police are treasonable
anarchists defiant of their Sovereign and thus proven
SWINE who simply STEAL as much as they can.
This
'case' is not a matter of whether or not one is receiving
monetary assistance from the 'gov' System as per a
pension etc., because that
activity is a benign community effort
required in any civil society. This case is a matter of
whether the Australian taxation office backed by armed police
and magistrates are exceeding their mandate as granted
within THE Constitution Acts given below. Indeed they are or 'we'
would not be 'challenging them' in order to
EDUCATE their deluded souls.

The Constitution Act 1934 (Tasmania) states:
This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act. |
Part V - General provisions - Religious freedom

46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.
(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief. |
Note: What is or is not ones religion?

Ones religion is not any of the 'named' organisations such as Islam or Christianity or Buddhism, nor is it the named individuals such as Buddha, Muhammad or Jesus espousing the Policy purportedly ordained by the invisible God.
Ones religion is ones specific ideological code of conduct Policy. A doctrinal Policy followed with great devotion in relation to a ‘way or order’ of existence. Ones religion is espoused by ones 'faith or belief' in the requirements of a supernatural being (God) or other Force. An example of this is evidenced by whether individuals choose to 'follow or engage in' WAR or PEACE. |

Clemencia is also living within the 'constraints' (subject to public order and morality,) of the LIMITED Constitutional guarantee (46. (1) granted by the Sovereign powers within their own Constitution. The Constitution ONLY grants a guarantee of protection and immunity from persecution to persons who do NOT 'Disturb the peace' and who do NOT engage in immoral activities. (Drug dealing, theft etc) We the pacifists have the God-given RIGHT to NOT defy God through supporting thieves and murderers. Since we are ONLY educators we cannot even condone the punishment meted out to those who do disturb the peace. We give our good counsel only.
The Queen's 'Courts of Tasmania magistrates' and all involved in
the RELIGIOUS persecution of Clemencia Barnes (and myself) are
so arrogant that they feel entitled to go forth and
disturb the peace of the
peaceful in direct
defiance of the mandate
granted unto them by said Sovereign power. It is an act
of Treason and anarchy of the
HIGHEST ORDER. It is an illegal activity for a matter of
conscience, faith or religious ideology
to be 'heard or judged' in any court other than the High Court.
Sadly magistrate Marron and all involved are aware of this
but they choose to ignore it.
Our primary civic DUTY is to obey God and BE
peaceful.
Taxation is an abomination imposed
primarily to feed the arrogant and vain and their
armed forces who are all
defiant of their God. Yes we do need the provision of
benign community services and are
happy to pay for them.
Every endeavour of mankind is now controlled and taxed by the
arrogant who assume the 'right' to 'Lord' over the people and to
coerce and force believers in God to 'bow' to their endless
demands for support and funding. We the pacifists do not use
force or guns and thus we obey our God and we simply ignore the
forceful monetary demands (fines) made upon us by said ignorant
infidels as we go our way in peace. If they then send armed men
to our property to steal our 'goods' then so be it, we will not
'resist.'
Damian, the
visible global insanity now emerging is to escalate dramatically
into liquid terror and the sooner the media expose the fresh and
final message from God to humanity via my pen the better, because
all who continue to support, condone and fund 'warfare or monetary
extortion' are funding INIQUITY in defiance of God's command unto
man and they 'doom' themselves to the underworld eternally.
Truth be told, the whole 'government' system is backed by the
'whims' of magistrates who are simply 'Mafiosi' GANGSTERS in
white collar guise who have the sole intent of
stealing MONEY
forcefully as they use threats and
coercion and punishment rather than
education.

psychiatrists believe that they have the understanding
and 'model' for the 'saving' of the psyche, and nothing can be

reality of their spiritual
nature and the reasons 'why' and how the mind of man is
'subjugated' telepathically, and giving everyone the 'means' to
stem that tide of thought intrusion will assist mankind, for

These 'tendencies' are what

'injury, control or
