Note - 1 - This case has as yet not been finalised with the 'judgement' of the court. However, I have prepared the following two (2) possibilities that I place hereon for your perusal. Once the judgement has been made then one or the other will be 'marked' as being the FINAL judgement of magistrate Brown of the Tasmania Launceston court.

Response A - To a positive judgement
Response to the judgement of Magistrate Brown by Clemencia
Your Honour, I thank you for your deliberation concerning my case since this means that the Sovereign Authority of the Constitution in respect of the 'Freedom of Religion' Act has now been recognised by you 'setting' an honourable precedent.
The precedent being that the truly peaceful may live by their God-given conscience and not be disturbed or persecuted as so granted by the Constitution as well as our God. You have therefore fulfilled your duty as set out by the Constitution whilst simultaneously acknowledging God's say in this matter.
Thank you for either redirecting this case to the appropriate higher authority or for acknowledging my entitlement to live by my own 'beliefs' and conscience as granted by God and the Constitution as long as I remain peaceful.
Your Honour, during prior cases in this court other Magistrates have ignored my 'pleas' of innocence and have punished me.
This they did even though I clearly indicated through my defence submissions to the effect that I am living within the constraints of the Constitution of your institution as well as the Command of God.
It followed that illegal judgements and fines were imposed, and I request that the MPES (Monetary penalties enforcement service) agency be advised by you that all outstanding fines in my name be nullified on the basis that all matters heard before the Court of Petty sessions were matters that could only be brought before the High Court.
Also, due to the 'practice' whereby the MPES revokes or suspends ones Drivers licence and vehicle registration until said fines are paid, I ask that MPES reinstate the above so that I am able to carry out my affairs without being harassed by the Police.

The above judgement implies the following:
1 - The magistrate has literally 'seen the light' meaning, that he now actually comprehends that the constitutional authority 'limits' or restricts his interaction with the public in that he can 'legally (according to his book of constitutional rules) ONLY deal with persons who have factually * 'disturbed the peace' or who factually are carrying out immoral activities.
2 - Persons who either 'vote' for man to rule them or, who actually 'pay' taxes to the 'system' to protect them are by God perceived as persons who ARE complicit to the 'disturbing of the peace and carrying out immoral activities' and thus they are subject to State laws/rules/acts. (When you pay taxes you are responsible for the actions of your servants)
Why is this so? Because it is VIA the punitive attachments that the DARK energy of God balances ITS 'Scales of Justice' upon the 'heads' of non-believers in Peace. Being persons who place themselves within the 'Law of equal return' of THE DARK ENERGY ESSENCE through either causing harm to others directly or via their 'servants.'
3 - In this 'case' since Clemencia neither votes nor funds the 'system' she is proven to BE a 'pacifist' living in accordance to the precepts of the constitutional Acts as well as within the precepts of God's Command unto mankind.
4 - The Magistrate (Brown) may dismiss the case and advise the 'complainant' to take their complaint to the High court, but IF the high court Judges are honourable then the case will by them be certainly dismissed.
5 - It needs to BE clearly understood that the TRUE implications of being an absolute pacifist receiving the protection of God as well as the Freedom of Religion Acts of the Constitution are:

A - NO State rule/law/decree/acts apply to the peaceful individual who does NOT support or fund any person or institution engaged in the causing of harm to others. B - This means that the individual has the freedom to live without being controlled or taxed or requiring any licence 'fee' to be paid before they carry out their business or any activity. C - Naturally State advisory notices such as : "Drive on the correct side of the road, or: keep within the suggested speed limit etc.," will be adhered to by the individual because, if they did not heed said 'advice' they would be disturbing the peace through causing an accident. D - The individual will ONLY pay their way and fund benign community effort and pay for the services they need or use in the manner they see fit. They may be threatened or coerced by armed men making demands upon their 'purse' but they will simply refuse because they know that they must NOT fund iniquity. True pacifists will live according to their OWN God-given conscience and NOT to the dictates of other mortals. |
6 - In giving a positive response and advising Clemencia that she has "No case to answer" and is thus free to go, and dismissing the 'advances' of Council, the magistrate is in fact 'admitting guilt' to all the previous many years of fines and trauma imposed upon Clemencia and persecution carried out ILLEGALLY by the Launceston court magistrates.
This admission of guilt means that the magistrate in fact condemns himself as to being a treasonable anarchist in the past who has defied and denied the RULING RULES of the Constitution through his criminal conduct.
The consequences for this type of offence against the constitutional authority and God are very severe indeed within the 'eye for an eye' aspect of God's immutable 'Law or equal return.' It is truly the time for all concerned to 'bow' to the Commands of the Constitution as well as to that of God and begin educating everyone.
The SUPREME AUTHORITY God has spoken VIA my pen.
Response B - To a negative judgement
Your honour, is it not perjury, perfidy and treason for you to deny or defy the Constitution in your personal interaction with the public? Is it not also a defiance of God's Command unto man to deny the 'call' to BE merciful, compassionate and forgiving and to NOT 'judge' another for the purpose of their punishment?
Since you are of the belief that you, using the back up of force of arms, can defy God and the Constitution that overrules you, it simply shows God and me that you are an INFIDEL non-believer consigning your own soul to the ABYSS.
Both I and my spiritual consultant are deeply concerned for your spiritual welfare and I will simply ignore your imposed punishment.

What does response 'B' actually mean?
1 - It simply means that the magistrate has a 'mind' controlled by the DARK aspect of the Source and therefore he is incapable of any 'reason' and his 'punitive' judgement is imposed by the Dark via the mind of the 'magi' because Clemencia way back in her past must have funded the 'system' and still owed a spiritual 'pain' debt to THE Dark.
This 'debt' may only be one of emotional 'suffering' of threats and coercion in an attempt to force her to change her 'belief' in peace through paying a fine and thus denying her conscience and her God through funding the 'system' of punishment.
2 - Any punitive judgement means that the magistrate has also defied the Constitution because IT forbids the use of coercion or any 'means' to try and force a person to change their religious ideology.
3 - Any punitive judgement means that the magistrate is 'guilty' of Treason and is one to be dealt with by THE Sovereign Power (God) at the time and in the place so ordained by our invisible God THE AUTHORITY.
4 - In giving a negative response and advising Clemencia that she is "Guilty" and is punished, the magistrate is in fact proven to be continuing to defy his mandate and the constitutional authority and his God.
He is also 'admitting guilt' to all the previous many years of fines and trauma imposed upon Clemencia and persecution carried out ILLEGALLY by the Launceston court magistrates.

NOTE: It needs to be here recorded that every 'one' of the prior many 'cases' over 15 years have been 'recorded' (judged) as negative (punishment imposed) by ignorant and arrogant prosecutors as well as by the many various magistrates. These persons have simply defied their God and the constitutional rules they 'swear' an oath to uphold.The whole world now awaits to see if magistrate Brown has any 'integrity' and is a man of 'standing' or not and thus passes a positive judgement. It may be that his superiors advise him to make NO judgement and they simply leave Clemencia in
PEACE.IF there is a judgement then that result will be placed HERE.
Clemencia's 'leap of faith'
The below is some information I gave Clemencia in 1995 after she had advised me that her conscience was troubling her in reference to funding the controlling, punitive and warring systems of government (man) by paying taxes.
I did advise her that if she was 'serious' and prepared to put her biological 'freedom' on the line and also possibly lose her home, that I would use my sacred 'pen' to support her 'case' as IT would then assist all humanity to see 'something' reference their personal salvation and halting their accruing debts of ongoing suffering: The below is an extract from my web site BOOK 2 of 9 document - page 6 :
- - - - Some 20 years ago whilst visiting a shop in Launceston Clemencia was given a book named The Testament of Truth. This was was my message to humanity from the Source, God. A message which I received telepathically in 1990 AD and recorded faithfully by my pen for everyone to read. (Now book 1 of 9 on my web site) Having read this Testament Clemencia realised the error of having man rather than God as 'head' of house and consequently she decided to host a 45 minute interview between a Catholic priest, a barrister, a Muslim lady and myself to see what others got from my writings and how they felt concerning the content. (Note 1 at page end) She was very concerned about the aspect of 'Rendering unto Caesar that which is Caesar's' as was written in the existing biblical texts because she could see that Caesar's demands, controls and warlike ways were in complete contravention of God's Command of "Love one another." My advice to her was to remove herself from the protection promised to man by the government system for which she was required to accept all that they said and did. This went against all she believed from what was written in the Testament of Truth. Having accepted that Truth meant that she was clear that she could not be part of the government system since she would rely solely on God. The reason she took this stance was due to the fact that protection by 'State' meant that to protect her, the State enforcers were required to cause harm to others, even to kill them on her behalf and in her name. Had she continued to follow the dictates of the government she would, like all, be complicit to all the harm they caused in her name because she would be condoning, supporting and funding all their actions. I advised her of the following: |

1 - I advised Clemencia that; her spiritual 'road' or journey was also affected by the actions of her SERVANTS because they caused harm to others on her behalf and consequently their actions were also a contravention of God's Command, therefore all injury imposed by them in her name accrued a 'complicity' DUE of suffering upon her own head resulting in: Returning a painful imposition to her ahead. 2 - I advised Clemencia that; she needed to only fund, condone and support benign community effort and advisory and educative programs. 3 - I advised Clemencia that; all operational licence 'fees' imposed by Council * or State were simply a Ransom 'tax,' and payment of these taxes meant that one was supporting the control over, and interference in, the lives of others as well as endorsing the monetary penalties extortion and 'eviction' imposed upon other people. Note ref: Council rates:
4 - I advised Clemencia that; she was to only live by her own conscience as was her constitutional and God-given entitlement, which meant that she must obey God's Command to the best of her own ability and conscience. Implying that can pay for benign services she needs or uses but not fund 'taxes' that are used to control or harm others. 5 - I advised Clemencia that; in looking to God for guidance she was not 'bound' in any way to the governing Constitution nor to any rules or conduct codes raised up by other mortal men. God and God alone was to be her only guide. She must not fund any type of warmongers whatever their 'guise' or assumption of 'legitimacy.' 6 - I advised Clemencia that; the officials of government were 'bound' to honour the 'Freedom of religion' acts of the Constitution. I also advised her that since most officials were 'anarchists,' arrogant and unreasonable, that they would probably ignore their duty in regard to their mandate of authority and, as a consequence, they would persecute her treasonably but that she was to simply rebuff their advances kindly as 'we' tried to educate them as to their own error. 7 - I advised Clemencia that; she must simply maintain a peaceful stance at all times and try and do her best to not give in to threat or coercion. This she has been doing even though she is often filled with terror at their ongoing threats and coercive 'advances.' 8 - I advised Clemencia that; to remain FAITHFUL and loyal to God's Command she must be constantly aware how the 'system' was waging war as such upon all community members as well as on the incoming 'boat people' who were simply the homeless seeking refuge in home 'territory' and that she must always welcome everyone to share her land. 9 - I advised Clemencia that; irrespective of what people state by mouth in reference to their religion and its ways, that in fact every voter and taxpayer is seen by God to be a FAITHLESS infidel and NON-believer who is trespassing outside of God's LIGHT and that all were GUILTY in His eyes of Treason for one reason or another and that all were as yet ON the wide road to Hell. 10 - I advised Clemencia that; for any person on this earth to become 'safe or saved' they would have to follow her 'lead' and make the same 'leap of faith' as they showed their God that their ACTIVITY DEEDS were equal to those now taken by her as her new 'Vows' to God were that she would ONLY obey Him (God) and remain peaceful, loving, merciful, compassionate, caring, kind and forgiving to all even unto her death. 11 - I advised Clemencia that; her spiritual destination was solely or entirely dependent upon her PERSONAL relationship to the energy of God she used in her interaction with others. Her choice and indeed the choice of all is to decide whether to be: “The Benign Light” or “The Malignant Dark” in action. I told her that the use of ANY of the Dark (sin) during her interaction with others resulted in IT: A - Staining and growing in her soul. B - Returning to her a painful imposition ahead. 12 - I advised Clemencia that; living in peace and only supporting benign community effort led to happiness and to the land of paradise and plenty. I told her that the 'problem' with funding warring tribes was that as their actions led to desolation, suffering and destruction, it paved the way for that same return upon her own head later if she funded 'Caesar.' (Government) 13 - I advised Clemencia that; it was not possible to serve two Masters and be FAITHFUL to both when their ideologies were in opposition. Thus it was imperative for her to turn her back to warmongering politicians since their 'advocacy' was interference, control, punishment and war. She was now to ONLY face her God and bow to His "Love one another and always forgive" Command and go her way in PEACE. 14 - I advised Clemencia that; the reason our God had sent her soul to earth was to assist God and me in the elevation of the consciousness of mankind because, - - - people of all races and creeds who presently believe that they are 'safe or saved' are NOT. They are all walking in the dark and into grave and terrifying danger. I stated that each and every one of them would be required to follow her 'leap of faith' lead and thereby not only stop demanding 'retributive justice' against those that persecute or abuse them, but that they all had to stop funding iniquity and OBEY the Command of their God at all times and in all situations as HIS punitive forces mete out HIS 'divine RETRIBUTIVE justice' upon all those deserving of that within HIS immutable LAW. Only those who 'turn the other cheek in non-retaliation' when abused would be set free by God. |
Clemencia needed very little 'convincing' that my words were TRUTH however, - - - she like many is a fearful lass and as a consequence her new journey into the 'unknown' was to be and yet is a tremendous 'leap of faith' since she was required to place her trust in that my Testament content is TRUE and that her God would see her loyalty and set her soul FREE of inner SIN (Dark emotional energy) so that her Salvation and return to the LIGHT would be assured.
I did and yet do guide her through her trials with the taxation officials who yet are still utilising the Court of man to try and coerce her into continuing to fund their ideological system instead of leaving her free to follow God's Command to live in peace and never harm another.|

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
What MAN fails to SEE is that 'king's' of OLD made an 'error of assumption' being, - - - they assumed that they were 'God' ordained to RULE and thus they also assumed that their punitive and warring ways were ABOVE the 'LAW of equal return' of God's ENERGY, but no mortal man is above the Law of equal return for the use of God's benign (loving, merciful and kind) or God's malignant (hateful, merciless and punitive) ENERGY.
Modern day 'man' assumes that a 'majority vote' by the public elevates them into 'god-ship,' and that they and the 'result' of the imposition of their rules/laws/acts/decrees that control, punish cause harm, emotional trauma and kill are ALSO above the 'Law of equal return' of God, but they are NOT.
God IS THE ENERGY we 'use' in our interaction with others each day OR, it is the energy using us to be ITS instrument of divine return. (benign or malignant). Never 'permit' the destructive DARK to use you because IT will destroy you after it has justified you in being its instrument for a very long time.
What does this mean for prosecutors and magistrates? It means, that even when a magistrate is in conformity to/with the Constitution, and is punishing persons who DO 'disturb the peace,' that all the punitive impositions and traumatic suffering endured by these 'victims' of magistrates and prosecutors become a 'debt' magistrates impose upon their OWN soul. No mortal can 'void' or avoid the LAW of God's energy.
"As you sow so shall ye reap," irrespective of your belief or official standing.
Now you begin to SEE the 'Why we must amend our ways to correctional EDUCATION'* (See note at document end) rather than 'correctional punishment' so that the offensive 'public' and the offensive politicians and their magistrates who DO cause harm (albeit justifiably in their minds eye) can set themselves FREE from ongoing suffering.
All 'warmongers' are used by the DARK energy essence of THE SOURCE to destroy other 'godless' who caused harm in their past. It is an ongoing eternal process on the road to the 'pits' of the Abyss and it becomes an extremely painful journey indeed.
~ God's FINAL judgement imposed upon the prosecutor ~
It is with regret that the prosecutor in this case being Maree Bricknell of the Northern Midlands council has been unable to see the error of her 'thinking.' In fact she has been harassing, intimidating and persecuting a number of persons for many years in respect of them 'failing' in her eyes to support the funding of the upkeep of her 'town' Longford.
In this case in question, (ACTION No. M/2016/1607) I did visit Maree a few months ago at the Council offices and I had a discussion with her. I did speak to her with reference to the importance of her actions in respect of her spiritual destiny being at 'stake,' and that she was in fact also defying the 'rules of engagement' empowering her actions in her ongoing persecution of Clemencia.
Maree made it very clear to me that as far as she was 'concerned,' the rules had NO 'bearing' in the matter because, as far as she was concerned, irrespective of any 'mandate or rules' limiting her actions with other members of the community, she was going to ensure* that every person living within the Council 'limits' would be FORCED to pay (contribute) the fixed 'Rate' of rates monies demanded so that her 'City' maintained its state of 'beauty.'
Note: - ensure* - Maree was prepared to use the Court of Petty sessions illegally in the foreknowledge that IT and ITS magistrates would back her up because that was the 'status quo' and if needed, Clemencia would be faced with eviction if she was found guilty.
I did advise Maree that the 'Rates' were a tax as referred to in Item 3 of page 5 above and were NOT for benign services provided. I also reminded her that Clemencia was happy to pay her way for services rendered and had in fact made a contribution towards the road maintenance, but received no other services. Maree was adamant that there was to be NO 'escape' for Clemencia.
I advised Maree that if she failed to immediately withdraw the case (at that time) and persisted with the persecution and prosecution, in direct defiance of her mandate, God's command and my advice, that IRRESPECTIVE OF THE OUTCOME being 'Guilty or not-guilty,' that my pen, (God's) placed final judgement upon her soul.*
Maree chose to continue her persecution and her soul is to be consigned to the Abyss for an eternity of suffering due to her absolute justification to use FORCE OF ARMS (Police & court) to extort money from a peaceful citizen.
It is apparent that her arrogance is 'so,' that she has now no 'choice.' The DARK energy within her will now drag her soul into the darkness for an eternity. Why do I state this to you and all? Because IRRESPECTIVE of any beliefs to the contrary, - - -

1 - The DARK energy of God exists. 3 - Each of you and everyone on this 'earth' and in any of the thousands of realms existing outside of the pure Light of Heaven will 'hear' my 'pen' voice. You will all be given a 'brief' moment to decide 'what to do' in respect of your PERSONAL FATE. |
Any person having 'heard' THE TRUTH emanating from my pen, (God's) who continues to walk in the Dark imposing emotional or material suffering or loss will MOST CERTAINLY follow Maree into THE ABYSS. Eternal 'time' is NOT a million trillion 'lifetimes,' it IS FOREVER. You HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Make NO demands and cause NO HARM and intimidate NO other CHILD OF GOD. Your INTENT AND DEEDS are OPEN to the universe. There are NO 'secrets' in the universe nor in ANY spiritual Realm. The energy of THE SOURCE SEES ALL.
Note: - placed final judgement upon her soul.* - I am not a 'judge' in the normal earthy manner who 'awards' punishment due to disobedience to enacted rules. It is simply that I am ABLE TO DISCERN when a person has drawn IN so much dark energy that IT, within their SOUL, will keep them on ITS 'string' and thus drawing more darkness IN. Their 'conscience' is no longer operational.
It follows that the 'Abysmal' judgement of my 'pen' is simply a statement that the individual so 'judged' has now reached a 'point' where the darkness within them is now in TOTAL control of them and their psyche and IT will now have ITS 'way.'
Maree Bricknell did NOT 'break the law' because you cannot 'break' or void the LAW of Energy in motion. Her 'banishment' to the Dark underworld is the result of her 'CHOICE' to defy God and use DARK energy and thus place herself within ITS 'eye for an eye' LAW. ITS power is now so 'great' within her soul that IT will continue to justify her into using IT and drawing more of IT into her soul as she is 'faced' with her karmic fate at the hands of others equally merciless.
The eternal punishment placed upon the soul of this child of God is the consequence of her ongoing defiance of God's Command to "Love one another," and to thus only USE LIGHT ENERGY in her INTERACTION with others. Then within ITS 'Law of equal return' receiving more LIGHT and the soul becomes brighter.
Those such as 'Maree' who are utterly determined to continue to control, subjugate, intimidate or cause mental or emotional trauma or harm or loss need to try and UNDERSTAND that 'redemption' becomes impossible due to the Power of God's DARK ENERGY they have chosen as their 'ally,' and IT eventually 'extinguishes'* their conscience.
In this 'case' she has chosen to ignore the fact that the Court decision has not been finalised but she has gone ahead and sent out a further notice of rates demand for the year 2017. She is totally unconcerned that she is yet still causing emotional trauma.
