~ Open letter to all magistrates VIA secretary Mrs Marlene Crawford ~
 Reference - "Error of Judgement'
  "Are the Legal concepts of democracy, civil rights and the freedom of conscience, ideology and religion 'alive or dead' in Tasmania"?

Dear Marlene, I hope you have the time and inclination to assist me with my 'problem' in that I have always believed it to be a 'sacred duty' to assist people who we 'see' as placing themselves into 'danger' either unknowingly or through their ignorance of certain facts.

In this 'case' I see that a very grave 'error of judgement' has been, and may well continue to be,  placing magistrates into serious spiritual as well as 'legal or 'mortal' danger. That being so it is my 'ask' of you that you assist the magistrates by passing this email to them, so that they have the opportunity of examining what I say. In so doing you assist them to come to a personally informed decision to treat the contents of this open letter either with derision or with absolute respect.

I am a man with very deep insight into 'spirit' realms and I do know of THAT reality as well as the reality of 'Absolute Justice' that mankind always demands via the court system of every land.

Magistrates also do their best to administer IT, their Justice, as they use their 'rules of engagement' and precedents 'set' by past judgements. My concern for magistrates is that they are erring dangerously and treasonably either deliberately or simply due to some 'strange' beliefs to which I now refer in the hope that you can enlighten them 'to' by passing ON this email to them all.

Their 'error of way' as perceived by me is their proven lack of comprehension concerning their belief as to 'where their authority stems' in terms of their RIGHT or otherwise to 'judge' other people brought to stand before them via a 'summons' from some 'other' party seeking 'something.'

In this and many cases the 'something' does not arise from 'loss or injury' or 'disturbance of the peace' but is simply from: "A monetary demand made upon the alleged 'offender' and which said offender has not met."

In respect of the many cases of complaint made upon me all originated from monetary demands through my refusal to FUND the coffers of the organisations making the demands.

I perceive that the monetary demand ACTIVITIES against other members in the community as being an interfering, abusive and punitive 'doctrine,' a doctrine which conflicts with my doctrine of 'peace.'

As a consequence of my "Only Peace" doctrine, my conscience as well as my religious ideology precludes me from supporting or funding the CONTRA doctrine maintained by the judicial system.

Due to the above, I am unable to comply to their demands because if I did, then I would be complicit to all 'injury, loss, suffering' imposed in my name and on my behalf by said 'system.'

According to my belief if I did support this 'nature' of system I would then be defiant of and in contravention of God's Command unto man, (Peace, love, mercy, compassion, forgive) and would place my OWN spirit soul in eternal Jeopardy.

This is what I believe as indeed I believe it is my right to so believe. Having God as the only Divinity to whom I owe Loyalty  means I am entitled to be left in peace and this is also granted to me by THE CONSTITUTION of Tasmania within the 'Freedom of Religion' clause.

For 'some' reason every magistrate I have appeared before together with a supreme court 'Judge' named Crawford Crawford have always 'sided' with the complainant when again, according to my 'book,' conscience and the Constitutional authority (which gives the magistrates their 'powers to punish') have NOT been taken into account because said magistrates and 'Judge' CHOSE to IGNORE their own Constitutional authority simply stating to me: "If you 'claim' immunity under the Constitution then take the matter up with the High Court." They seem to 'forget' the 'legislated' role of their own Constitution namely:

The role of the Judiciary is to:

  • apply the law as made by the Parliament
  • where necessary, interpret the laws made by Parliament and
  • ensure that laws comply with the Australian Constitution


The overriding power of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9th July 1900) section 116 and Constitution Act 1934 (Tasmania) supersedes all subsequent legislation. Section 116 of this Act is a general prohibition applying to all laws and subsequent legislation, under whatever powers these laws have been made.

It does not compete with other provisions of the Constitution and it prevails over all laws and limits all provisions that give power to make laws. Accordingly, no law can escape the application of s 116 and all legislative powers are subject to the condition which s 116 imposes. Clause 5 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act says:

  • Operation of the Constitution and laws [see Note 3] This Act. - All laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State.

    The magistrates I have 'appeared' before in the past, with the exception of magistrate Marron, have all refused to 'hear' my case properly namely by refusing to 'read' my prepared defence statement of submission. Instead they summarily dismissed me by simply imposing their personal punitive judgement without reference to their duties under the Constitution.

    Magistrates need to ask themselves this basic question: "If our continued punishment of 'Malaher' is found to be ILLEGAL and therefore 'treason and anarchy' against God and our own mandate of authority, then 'who or what' will judge us and HOW will we be judged"?

    If magistrates are 'sane,' reasonable and honourable men then 'why and how' are they erring and 'who' is in control of their THOUGHT PROCESSES?

    I can state that my 'pen' has already 'judged' mankind and I have already stated on my web site the 'how' and by 'whom' all will meet their 'fate' who by God are found to be in 'error of their ways.'     Marlene, why this open letter to you? Because as 'secretary' I believe you should or could pass it ON for the consideration of these men in 'power' if you also feel that it might assist them and save them from a 'rude' awakening ahead.

    There is a factor being ignored by them all being that since the Constitution of Tasmania is from 'whence' their powers to 'interfere, fine, extort money, dispossess, impose hardship or jail' comes from then, under their own laws it is their 'sworn' DUTY to 'check' every case as to ITS 'validity' or otherwise against the PRIMARY INSTRUCTION of the Constitution which is the cornerstone of their OWN Institution.

    Why so? Because the Constitution clearly states that 'some' persons are 'above or apart' from being crucified by magistrates simply as a consequence of them holding a difference IDEOLOGICAL BELIEF. (religion)

    In my case my belief is one of absolute pacifism. That being my belief simply means I cannot FUND by 'levy' any interfering, punitive, warring INSTITUTION holding a CONTRA conflicting 'view.' (Religious ideology of punitive retributive vengeance, war)

    Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9th July 1900) section 116

    "The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, - and

    Constitution Act 1934 (Tasmania)

    This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

    Part V - General provisions - Religious freedom

    46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

    (2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief.

    The constitutional authority guarantees citizens immunity from interference, control and religious ideological persecution as long as they are of moral standing and do not disturb the peace of the land.

    These persons ARE to be left in peace, guaranteed protection and given immunity from persecution or punishment by police or others as guaranteed by said CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY the proviso being that they:

      - - - Have not disturbed the peace of the land - - -

    Since every magistrate has omitted to consider my 'defence' in respect of my right to follow my conscience and beliefs, it is they who have all committed treason against the constitutional authority, the flag, the nation and their God.

    What of the police? Since the police are required to 'serve' the political decrees and magisterial judgements they have ALSO been used to wage war upon me.

    Sadly for them this places the police officers into a very dangerous 'quadrant' both spiritually and materially since they have become partners in the 'illegal' disregard of their Constitutional obligations. By ignoring the Constitutional Rights of an individual the police have become complicit to ILLEGAL activities.

    It is a sad and sorry time in every land as persons, backed by armed men, DO whatever they wish to even when it is in contravention of all human 'rights' while the use of their 'own authority' appears to not only to show them up as flouting the laws they have sworn to uphold,  but suggests that they are coming from a very DARK space indeed.

    Marlene, it is also the time for all mankind to 'observe' the many revelations given by my pen more particularly since chiefs and politicians have 'forever' been imposing their 'pen and its dictatorial edicts upon God's children by naming said edicts falsely as 'the law of the land.' (Failure to comply resulting in punishment)

    The FACTS are that the RETURN unto man for their positive or negative, or benign or malignant or kind or cruel ACTS or ACTIONS are the real LAW OF GOD in operation.

    Within God's 'Law of return' there is NO 'failure to comply' directive since one is simply operating within the benign, creative energy essence OR the malignant, destructive energy essence, and when that energy so 'decides,' IT simply RETURNS upon the 'head' of THE 'user' on an EQUAL, and therefore absolutely JUST amount of PAIN or PLEASURE as IT balances ITS 'Scales of Justice.'

    This fact together with an understanding of the reality of the utilization of either the Dark or the Light in our interaction with any of God's children is  something all now  need to comprehend.  This is more imperative for the political 'power brokers,' their magistrate judges and their enforcers. All are 'subjects' of God with or without their agreement and subjected to the REAL LAW of: "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction at the time and in the place so ordained by said intelligent energy." THE Law of energy in motion.

    Is it possible that this 'note' via your sweet soul will be the FINAL input needed for THEM (magistrates) to see their own 'irregularity' and thus make them 'wish' to seek deeper and therefore amend their own ways thereby lessening their own accruing DARK 'karmic' dues to the DARK energy aspect of God?

    Every 'man' is an offensive offender in God's eyes and far from wise. I can but hope that Tasmania can lead the whole world as a TRUE 'rehabilitation of offenders' place where those who DO offend their God because they DO 'disturb the peace of others,' are EDUCATED in a kind, benign, merciful, loving and forgiving manner as REQUIRED by any seeking Salvation and a NON 'hellish' destination.

    The 'correction' of any emotional or mental disturbance in the MIND of man which leads them into 'disturbing the peace of the land' must henceforth be corrected through EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT ONLY.

    The use of 'rules or fines' to EXTORT money in the guise of 'correction' or because 'Its for the good of the community' must now CEASE before everyone becomes totally impoverished and totally INSANE through frustration, despair, aggression and RETALIATION.

    What all humanity must now LEARN is EXACTLY 'what' the implication of God's LAW is, e.g.:

    1 - If you 'bury' a hatchet in the head of another, then all the mental, emotional or physical suffering endured by them is what you DO unto yourself for ahead, in this world or the next, - - - another equally ignorant or arrogant 'fool' will impose the same mental, emotional or physical suffering upon YOU.

    2 - If you threaten, coerce or intimidate a person and thereby 'forcing' them to pay you or your 'system' (Organisation) some money,  - - -  then the 'painful' emotions they felt as well as the loss of funds will be imposed upon YOU in this world or the next by an equally ignorant or arrogant person.

    3 - If you 'judge' another as 'guilty' of a crime and jail them for a month or more or less then this also is what you DO unto yourself for ahead, in this world or the next, - - - another equally ignorant or arrogant 'fool' will impose the same mental, emotional or physical suffering upon YOU.

    4 - If you are a 'chief or politician' invoking a decree backed by punishment through forceful means for any non-conformity and, this 'edict' in any way causes others loss, harm, impoverishment, emotional or mental trauma, loss of freedom or loss of property, then this is also an 'ACT' which you IMPOSE on yourself for the simple reason that ahead, in this world or the next, - - - another equally ignorant or arrogant 'fool' will impose the same mental, emotional or physical suffering or loss upon YOU. Yes, you can BE a starving 'beggar' being persecuted for a very long 'stint' of time in terms of eternal time indeed.

    5 - If your motor or other vehicles causes any injury or trauma to another person then irrespective of any insurance compensation 'payout,' what you did is what you DO unto yourself for ahead, in this world or the next, - - - another equally ignorant or arrogant 'fool' will impose the same injury or trauma upon YOU.

    6 - If you are a 'supplier' of illegal drugs and you 'tempt' others to use them or offer them for sale to known drug addicts then, via your actions, you are 'hooking' others into financial loss and self-harm, or you are keeping others 'hooked' and this results in  their financial loss or trauma, this too will be your fate in this or the next world.

    There is NO 'law of man' decree or text in any book nor badge of office or 'position' which can or does nullify or void the RETURN aspect of God's Law.

    As I am again in court on May 1st as as I have made this 'case' open for the world on my web site I feel that it is my DUTY to the presiding magistrate  Marron to give him the opportunity of seeing what I am revealing before he steps into very 'muddy' waters.

    I do believe that he is an honourable man with insight and wishing to administer JUSTICE, and I simply wish to give him the opportunity of so DOING according to the superior RULE of his own organisation.

    Please pass this 'notice' on to him and all other magistrates so that they can avail themselves of my already on line letters to many and my defence submission to be submitted on the day. A copy of this open letter goes out to the 'secretaries' of many other Australian magistrates as well as further afield globally.
