~ Open letter to Hugh de Kretser of The Human Rights Law Centre ~

Dear Hugh,

Reference: Human RIGHTS - Civil RIGHTS - God granted RIGHTS

A long time ago the WORD 'Democracy' was invoked and established within the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts of THE Constitution by an 'Act' of Parliament, and this 'Freedom' to live as a FREE 'man or woman' was given with the provision being; that the individual did not disturb the peace of the land and did not carry out any immoral activities.

In Fact, this BASIC human Right was/is that granted by the invisible Sovereign Lord our God and it was to be 'backed' by those empowered to UPHOLD the Constitution of the land within the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts.

This RIGHT to a 'life' of PEACE is guaranteed by THE Constitution to every person who does NOT disturb the peace and who does NOT engage in immoral activities and who thus does NOT support or fund any person or organisation that has the 'contra' doctrine (Religion) of WAR, control, subjugation, enslavement, extortion, punishment, causing of harm or killing etc.

The actual or factual entitlement meant that any true 'believer' in the Command of God who was thus an absolute PACIFIST, being one who never bore arms and thus never caused harm and never retaliated using force when attacked, would be protected by the Constitution and thus NOT 'subject to any' State rules/laws/acts which they find to be unconscionable. (Example, paying a $fee prior to carrying out any business or other activity or - Example, being forced at 'gunpoint' to fund the wages of 'Sin.' (Wages of those who control, subjugate, enslave or cause harm to others)

Those of this PEACEFUL religious ideology were to be protected in that they were thus 'permitted' to NOT support, condone or FUND any person or Institution that was 'punitive' or caused harm or waged war, being a CONTRA religious doctrine to theirs and one that was in variance to God's Command being:

"Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful and compassionate as you forgive your perceived enemy."

Some time after the Constitution was invoked, an anomaly arose, one whereby men (politicians and local government officials) backed by white collar criminals (magistrates) and armed forces bearing weapons (police) simply totally ignored their LIMITED mandate granted within THE Constitution.

This FALSE doctrine (religious ideology) began to 'flourish' and enable white collar criminals to steal endless sums of money with an 'assumed' legitimacy using the lowly Courts of Petty Sessions Magistrates to STEAL from those living peacefully.

All 'officialdom' simply ignored the Freedom of Religion Acts and this began to operate outside of THE LAW of governance as they imposed 'martial law', being their decrees upon everyone in the community of all 'beliefs.' This they did using State decrees/rules/laws/ acts enabling their own doctrine of control and extortion backed by a punishment factor for any non-compliance.

Thus also knowingly or unknowingly coercing the peaceful into bowing to their contra 'religious ideology' through intimidation and fear of loss. (This action is the 'forceful imposition of a contra religious observance.') All the while forgetting that NO 'State' laws or rules are 'permitted' to override the Acts of THE Constitutional Authority.

Those who are always PEACEFUL are being forcefully subjugated, intimidated, terrorised and coerced into obeying RULES imposed by 'State' laws/edicts/acts and in this manner are being forced into 'changing' their peaceful allegiance to that espoused by 'warmongers.' The peaceful are unknowingly also being forced into a defiance of God's Command.

It also follows that anyone forcing others who are peaceful into 'voting' for some other 'person' as head of house (Rather than God) is a person who is actively in conflict with God's Command and in conflict with the Constitutional 'Freedom of Religion' Acts. Such activity is anarchy and treason.

This activity is also in contravention of the Acts of the Constitution of their own institution and thus all involved are PROVEN to be 'Guilty' of criminal activity. Treason and Anarchy now exists in Australia as all 'officialdom' ignores the Constitution. (The 'beastly' Devil rules)

The Constitutional Acts are THE supreme LAW of the Institution of Australian governance.
God's LAW of EQUAL Return is THE SUPREME INVIOLATE LAW of God's ENERGY.

I can but state herein that THE invisible Sovereign Lord God is now to bring ALL criminals to 'account' in the manner revealed by my sacred pen. (What you did DO unto others personally or via your 'servants' will now RETURN forcefully unto you)

Hugh, since the whole inhuman 'race' is now to face its 'final' death throes of agonising suffering, it is my task for God to 'retrieve' as many souls as possible with the assistance of all 'good' and loyal and honourable women or men who will do their best to assist me to elevate the consciousness of all before 'Heaven's Gate' is again closed for another eternity.

In order for anyone to now survive the telepathic satanic drive from hell's underworld everyone will need to learn how to fortify their mind against incoming destructive THOUGHTS and this can only be accomplished using my 'Feeling Easy' Seminar and educating everyone to the reality of God's Command and God's infinitely 'just' Law of equal return.

I give herein below the relevant constitutional acts for your reference.

Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9th July 1900) section 116

"The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, - and

The Constitution Act 1934 (Tasmania) states:

This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

Part V - General provisions - Religious freedom

46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief.

Note: What is or is not ones religion?

Ones religion is not any of the 'named' organisations such as Islam or Christianity or Buddhism, nor is it the named individuals such as Buddha, Muhammad or Jesus espousing the Policy purportedly ordained by the invisible God.

Ones religion is ones specific ideological code of conduct Policy. A doctrinal Policy followed with great devotion in relation to a ‘way or order’ of existence. Ones religion is espoused by ones 'faith or belief' in the requirements of a supernatural being (God) or other Force. An example of this is evidenced by whether individuals choose to 'follow or engage in' WAR or PEACE.

The Constitution LIMITS and RESTRICTS the powers of lower courts whose activities are 'supposed' to always be subject to the constitutional authority. Note:

COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CONSTITUTION ACT - SECT 51
Legislative powers of the Parliament [see Notes 10 and 11]

The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to: (xxiv)  the service and execution throughout the Commonwealth of the civil and criminal process and the judgments of the courts of the States;
(xxv)  the recognition throughout the Commonwealth of the laws, the public Acts and records, and the judicial proceedings of the States;

PLEASE NOTE - Section 51 above states: All State rules/decrees/dictates ARE subject TO the Constitutions of Australia  and Tasmania given above. Any State Constitutional Act applies equally to all States or territories.

It is VERY clear that it is the duty of magistrates to never 'hear' cases in respect of 'Freedom of religion' because freedom of religion is a constitutional matter which can only be legally 'heard' in the High Court. Regrettably, it is widely known and recorded that all magistrates totally ignore the above and simply 'hear' all cases presented to them by arrogant prosecutors who have 'no' idea even that their own 'powers' are granted and limited by THE CONSTITUTION.

JUDICIARY ACT 1903 - SECT 78B

Notice to Attorneys-General

 (1)  Where a cause pending in a federal court including the High Court or in a court of a State or Territory involves a matter arising under the Constitution or involving its interpretation, it is the duty of the court not to proceed in the cause unless and until the court is satisfied that notice of the cause, specifying the nature of the matter has been given to the Attorneys-General of the Commonwealth and of the States, and a reasonable time has elapsed since the giving of the notice for consideration by the Attorneys-General, of the question of intervention in the proceedings or removal of the cause to the High Court.

These Prosecutors in ignoring the Constitution, by placing their 'case' before petty court magistrates instead of the High Court are GUILTY of criminal activity, and also guilty of enticing equally arrogant or ignorant Magistrates to 'follow their lead' as they ILLEGALLY persecute the peaceful.

Regrettably, the serving police officers are also dragged into this criminal activity as they are then 'forced' to wage war against the peaceful whom they are paid a wage to PROTECT. All involved will find out that ignorance is NO excuse as they are forced by circumstances beyond their powers or guns to control and great travail is to be their fate.

 

~ The 'Vote ONLY for God' Campaign ~

Since we are now in the biblically prophesied ENDS DAYS  time of the separation of souls with Heaven awaiting those who OBEY the 'Only LOVE' Command of their God being:

"Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful and compassionate and forgive your perceived enemy by you 'turning the other cheek' if abused."

Please understand that IF you fail to forgive and conform with all the precepts of the above Command that HELL awaits you for continuing to defy IT THE COMMAND of THE CREATOR.

It needs to now be understood that it is 'futile' voting for any woman or man to become your 'head of house or nation' because these people RULE your life using 'text' books of rules, decrees or acts backed with PUNISHMENT for non-conformity, being an act of itself which forces mankind to being in contravention of God's above Command.

The problem is that the 'systems' rules force man to interfere in the affairs of others and they force man to control, subjugate, extort money, (enslave) terrorise, invade, punish and wage war in a cruel, merciless V for Vendetta way which means, that man always remains implacably UNFORGIVING. This attitude is also in contravention of said Command above because, as man 'bows' to the DARK punitive God 'Baal,' mankind becomes enslaved to HIM forever. (The Devilish destructive force)

If you the individual CONTINUE to vote for men or women to rule then you are ON the road to eternal damnation and ongoing suffering and all the 'system's' workers who RELY on or are bound to uphold said 'text' RULES for their '30 pieces of silver' wage are also on the road to Hell and eternal agony.

Mankind is about to LEARN that a King or Chief or politician is NOT a 'godly' person. They are liars, thieves and murderers who 'torture' their victims and worse, because they deceive and thus lead mankind INTO defiance of God because of their pride, vanity, greed and liquid ARROGANCE.

We need NO political 'heads' in the NEW AGE that is to BE after God's Wrath has purged the planet. We will only need kind, loving, respectful, caring and helpful citizens who all simply get ON with their daily endeavours as they ONLY condone, support or fund benign community effort. Punitive measures of 'punishment' will be a thing of the 'long forgotten past.' Never again will anyone give-in to the demands of EXTORTIONISTS who are backed by men who bear arms. (Guns)

Please now begin to see the need to ONLY 'loving be' and walk your road in PEACE as you turn your 'back' to political warmongers because you do now have the choice to 'look' to God for your Salvation.

Your DESTINY lies within your own mind and hand. From now on ONLY assist the 'untrue' who cause harm to you as you give them God's GOOD counsel and educate them.

Note: Since the voter or taxpayer is COMPLICIT to the interference and harming of others by their armed forces 'protectors' who operate in their name and on their behalf, it means that everyone is accruing a spiritual due of suffering, loss or PAIN, which is their due being accrued within God's immutable 'eye for an eye' Law even as they sleep, through the punitive actions of their servants. (State enforcers)

Soon, everyone is to more than weep. Stop funding warmongers and stop demanding 'Justice.' What YOU need to see is that every time you SUFFER, you have been subjected to God's ABSOLUTE JUSTICE via the hands of the ignorant, being those who themselves are now about to receive their own 'just deserts.'

There is now no point in sitting down for a 'meal' at the dinner table and saying: "For what we are about to receive (material food) may the Lord make us truly thankful." It is now the time to daily say: "For what we now have been given (spiritual food) may we be eternally grateful."

So many 'millions' go to church each week and sing happily and clap their hands believing that they are safe or saved.  Sadly what they do NOT see is that they are totally blinded and deluded because, NO person who is employed 'by' or funding the system is FREE from the harm caused to other children of God on their behalf. To continue on this path means you are travelling in the 'wrong' way, that 'path' being the wide road to HELL.

We all 'need' a peace corps of dedicated people to haul IN those who disturb the peace, but to remain within God's Light, we must now only educate offensive people.
