Dear Mr Ball (Glen) - I note your words in your email dated September 15th < - - - provides no new information outlining specific alleged misconduct > Maybe you or I are mis-reading or mis-comprehending the texts of the Constitution of your institution that I use to assist you. My words were:
 

Maybe I need to now ask you: "Are you aware that your mandate to 'operate' or go forth and impose strictures or interfere in the lives of other members of the community and cause them harm or punish or even to kill them is granted to them (your office) not by State rules or laws, but by the Sovereign authority of THE CONSTITUTION?

If 'we' can agree on that primary factor then we can have a starting point, but if you and your officers do NOT agree or are NOT aware of this factor or they simply CHOOSE to ignore it, then naturally our differences of opinion  will remain as such and your officers will continue to persecute me UNTO THEIR OWN ETERNAL DESTRUCTION.

I will simply continue to BELIEVE in my right to live by my own God-given conscience and NOT 'bow' to the dictates of other mortals who presume to demand that I fund their warring ways and you - - - - you will continue to BELIEVE in your right to forcefully IMPOSE your demands upon me and to cause my family ongoing trauma simply because you CHOOSE to ignore the Freedom of Religion ideological belief Acts of your own institution. (This IS Treason brother)

If you BELIEVE that the actions of your officers is correct, then that is simply what it is. Why would I continue to do my best to differ, surely your comprehension of the English language is such that you comprehend what is written?

Please advise me whether or not you believe that your operational mandate (that of the police) originates from THE CONSTITUTION.

This may give us both a 'common' ground to begin in settling a matter that has been ongoing FOREVER - that matter being where 'some' backed by GUNS or axes or bows or swords BELIEVE and DEMAND upon 'pain of death' that everyone FUND or support or condone the invasion of others lands and the killing of their people.

What is or is not ones religion?

Ones religion is not any of the 'named' organisations such as Islam or Christianity or Buddhism nor is it the named individuals such as Buddha, Muhammad or Jesus espousing the Policy ordained by the invisible Creator,  God.

Ones religion is ones specific ideological code of conduct. A doctrinal Policy followed with great devotion in relation to a way or order of existence. Ones religion is espoused by ones 'faith or belief' in the requirements of a supernatural being (God) or other Force. An example of this is evidenced by whether individuals choose to follow WAR or PEACE or, whether they choose to follow the control over and punishment of others or to give others respect, compassion, forgiveness, education and freedom.

Further to the above, the superpower or God 'figure' guarantees you happiness, freedom and protection if you are obedient to the code of conduct Command Policy which simply stated implies: "Always forgive those who trespass against you and never retaliate no matter what the situation." By always following the way of non retaliation you guarantee your Salvation and the consequent elevation to eternal Paradise. Equally, defiance of said Command Policy is supposed to guarantee your 'fall' into the Hellfire of eternal damnation, sorrow and agony.

What is ones conscience?

Ones conscience is the inner mental and emotional recognition or 'sense' of what is right or wrong as that relates to one's action or motives impelling one toward right and moral action. To follow the dictates of ones conscience requires conformity to or with the Command of the creative Light energy of God to:

"Go your way in peace and love one another and turn the other cheek in non-retaliation if abused as you forgive your oppressor."

What are some of the precepts of the code of conduct principles of ones conscience and God's Command unto man other than those given above?
 

What is the meaning of 'unconscionable'?

It is any immoral, unscrupulous and wrong action that is not guided by ones conscience, and it is deceptive, punitive and destructive and the causing of harm and is thus immoral activity justified by the destructive Dark energy of God. (Sin within)

It is punitive activity justified by the Dark and imposed by the vain, arrogant or plain foolish upon others as IT balances ITS 'Scales of Justice' via anyone believing in their right to do it. None see that as they impose their punitive 'will' upon the other, the other is suffering their 'karmic' fate within God's 'eye for an eye' Law and the ignorant imposing IT take the same 'debt to the dark' upon their own heads to be suffered later.

If you have the 'religion' or doctrinal policy that your unconscionable actions are justified due to taking a wage to follow rules in a book of 'laws' or other, then you have the contra ideology espoused by the Command of God and you are a disobedient 'fool' deserving of your hellish fate for your arrogance, impropriety and ignorance.

There is an unavoidable "Consequence of ACTION" in ones interaction with other children of God.

God's Law is sacred, immutable and inviolate. God's Law you cannot break by wrong deed. God's Law is not a regulation because God's Law is simply the spiritual creative or destructive energy of God operating within ITS natural boundaries of flow. (For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, be it benign or malignant, creative or destructive.)

God's Law is a factual Statement made by God to all His creation. The Statement being:

"As you do is done unto you - As you Sow so shall ye Reap"
