Complaint 1490710 - ATO v/s Clemencia Barnes - Heard on 12 January 2015

Dear Eddie, I refer to our telephone conversation of today (January 16th) during which you 'clarified' your reasons as to 'why' neither the ATO officials nor yourself had 'permitted' Mrs Clemencia Barnes to live within her constitutional rights, particularly as that relates to her LEGAL RIGHT to so live and NOT be harassed and threatened and to be left in PEACE. That being her constitutional right and to NOT fund the 'war' effort due to her being an absolute pacifist and obeying the Command of God.

You have cast your 'faith or belief' in the RIGHT to override the ideological beliefs of others (Clemencia and myself) but what you fail to see is that you back your 'opinions' and actions with men who bear weapons to enforce your ideals.

It appears that said belief is based upon your other belief, one you informed me of being that, in your belief, there is NO 'God' figure or invisible sovereign power who could in any way bring you to account for your deeds by 'dealing' Clemencia an underhand 'blow' to HIS creation.

Your deeds are perceived by me as being vindictive, punitive, causing harm but more significantly, being deeds that are in contravention of the Command unto man by said God who does exist in the minds of many, Clemencia and myself included. Further, you are also in contravention of the authority granted unto you within the Freedom of Religion acts of your own institution.

You also believe in your right to 'sideline' the High Court who are the only court legally authorised to 'hear & judge' constitutional matters and you believe in a right to use the lower Tasmanian court backed by local police bearing 'force of arms' to 'aid and abet' your criminal and treasonable activities.

The error of 'judgement' by the ignorant local magistrate (Brown) will now make further demands upon Clemencia backed not only by force of arms of the local constabulary, but with an added threat and coercion of punishment for any non-conformity.

I ask: "Brother, why do you assume me to be an 'idiot' misleading Clemencia simply because YOUR interpretation of the wording of the constitutional texts in the Freedom of religion clause of YOUR institution is different to mine"?

Do you truly believe that magistrate Brown was honourable in backing you simply because of a precedent 'set' in the past in some other 'case' wherein an equally ignorant Judge made an error of judgement? No, magistrate Brown placed his 'bet' without even giving Clemencia's 8 page defence more than a cursory 'glance' by simply following your biased 'lead.'

That is not Justice sir, it is anarchy. It is also the taking of a false wage, and both he and you denied an old lady any legal assistance so as to ensure your apparent 'victory.' You stated to her 'face' on entering the court that she was 'a lamb going to the slaughter.'

Who I ask was the one being 'led' as a lamb to the slaughter? I know that it was you and your cohorts, for the very Devil had seized the day as HE controlled your punitive intimidation of 'Clemencia' and unbeknown to her persecutors, you and the magistrate, - - - the Devil had His 'way' and later it is all of YOU to PAY the blood price of your actions on that day, say I.

I can assure you 'Eddie' that if I had been the 'local' magistrate to whom you had presented your 'case' I would have had you arrested and detained, not only for TREASON, but for disturbing the peace of the land and seeking to involve the local constabulary and myself (as magistrate) as an accomplice to the intimidation, coercion harassment and causing of harm to a PEACEFUL lady going about her LEGAL business as commanded by both her God and the constitution of your institution.

If ATO (Australian taxation officials) or you yourself cannot 'recognise' the constitutional sovereign authority of your OWN institution and consequently go forth seeking to extort monies or make any other demands for ANY reason, then it is a sure 'sign' that INSANITY and VANITY and collusion between magistrate and prosecutor are now the cornerstones of the court.

You are also using threat and coercion to try and force her deny her belief and her God and join your warring ideology.

You need to try and see that NO 'reasoning' on your part nor past precedents you give as 'examples' to lead the magistrate into complicity can 'rub out' the text words as contained within the Freedom of Religion clauses of the constitution:

Mr. Eddie Storace, since the magistrate has 'agreed' with your submissions and is now making forcefully backed demands upon Clemencia, it is obvious that you are both 'guilty' of:

Not only this, but the Tasmanian Police are now also to be dragged into the 'net of deception' as they are required to become complicit to any punishment 'factor' invoked and ordained by the magistrate.

This should BE of great concern for them since they are 'sworn' to 'serve' THE PEOPLE with loyalty and honour and to uphold THE PEACE and to also CONFORM WITH THE 'GREATER' LAWS AND POWERS GRANTED UNTO THEM BY THE CONSTITUTION. The constitution LIMITS the powers granted unto officials in respect of THE PEACEFUL.

If the Tasmanian police commander or political 'heads' or their ADVISORS continue to 'back' the ATO 'attack,' then every TRUE BELIEVER who is emotionally stressed through fear or anger is going to PANIC and ONLY God and myself KNOW what the END result of that is to BE.

ANY 'official' REASON to 'disturb the peace of the peaceful' is an ERROR OF DOCTRINE in action. It is also an activity having very severe consequences and 'we' Tasmanians need to bring it to a HALT and NOT become complicit to the CRIMINAL and ILLEGAL activities of others like you, irrespective of your official position or justification.

Mr. Storace, you need to also become educated to the FACT that the RULE OF LAW of your own institution is that constitutional matters of 'faith or religious ideology' can only be legally 'heard and judged' by the HIGH COURT. This makes your action of bringing this matter to the magistrates Court an ILLEGAL one because such action is NOT made 'legal' simply because it is being backed by an equally ignorant Tasmanian magistrate.

Regrettably you are blind to the fact that in bringing these charges against Clemencia, you are disturbing the  peace of THE PEACEFUL through arrogance and further, you are causing civil unrest. If the police back up your 'case' then they also become COMPLICIT to an illegal activity that is NOT 'legalised' by an error of judgement of an ignorant magistrate.

If your un-constitutional and thus criminal activities are not HALTED by the Tasmanian Police force and they also join in to disturb the peace of the peaceful then 'brother,' CIVIL WAR will BE the END RESULT as said, resulting from the community becoming mentally troubled at what is obvious to them.

There are within the 'greater' community of Tasmania and elsewhere globally thousands of people who are having 'trouble' controlling their thoughts, and even if they are presently peaceful, they can VERY EASILY lose control of their negative emotions and accompanying thoughts at obvious injustices taking place.

Sir, further to the above, - - - what IF my belief in the existence of an invisible superpower (God) is in fact a FACT a REALITY? What IF the LAW of RETURN for the use of either the benign, loving creative energy exists? What if the 'eye for an eye' Law of Return for the use of His 'forbidden to use' DARK malignant and destructive energy exists?

Eddie, does it not 'concern' you that similarly to the law of energy in motion being: "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction," that this may also apply to the use of loving kind or hateful cruel EMOTIONAL energy? It does say I.

Why do you assume that your belief is superior to mine or that I am WRONG and you are RIGHT? Do you really believe that a political decree or mandate of man can overrule spiritual energy or emotional energy or energy in motion? Did you as a 'child' not read of the king who went down to the sea side at 'low' tide and decreed to the sea that It was forbidden to flow in?

Brother, spiritual emotional energy is 'untouched' by the thoughts or directions of mere mortals for IT is a law unto itself and NO million trillion decrees of mortals can change IT or harm IT or influence IT for ANY reason.

IT the infinitely intelligent energy states: "Whichever benign or malignant aspect you 'call forth' which flows through YOU upon ANOTHER will flow through ANOTHER upon your head on another day."

Eddie, this energy is the 'genii in the bottle.' As you call upon IT to assist you, IT rises UP through your active emotions and controls your mind and actions as IT states: "Master, your wish is my desire" and what man fails to see is, - - - that, - - - for every benign or malignant ACTION there is a return when IT the energy so decides. This can take place instantly or a thousand years ahead in the after-life.

Brother, I know that your NON-belief on anything invisible is based on IGNORANCE and 'blindness.' I KNOW that my belief is a FACT because I do have INNER SIGHT. This inner sight also allows me to SEE your soul's inner plight and this is the reason why I always tell YOU of my very deep concern for your soul, your spiritual well-being and your destiny.

You were not even aware of the intense trauma being felt by Clemencia to the point she was 'shaking like a leaf' and trembling to the point that she could hardly speak. Brother you were seated but three feet away across the table were you not? You cannot even accept that it is by your personal actions that she was placed in this situation whereas you simply state to me that it was of her own choosing for defying the edicts of other mortals, your masters.

Eddie, you have opened a 'can of worms' by pointing your 'spear' at Clemencia and via magistrate Brown of Launceston you have invoked further demands and it is therefore that now, that YOU cannot rescind said demands for they have now been passed on to the 'Justice' department of Tasmania.

If said demands are not met, then, unless our GOD stays the hand of the local judiciary and forces men, they will by your request be required to 'stick' the lance deeper into the flesh of lady Clemencia and cause her more emotional 'terror.'

This letter is not solely 'for' you Eddie because, as I see it, you are beyond 'redemption.' It is written primarily for the other readers to whom it is addressed as well as the global community who will all now be pressured to forgo their God and 'bow' to the dictates of armed men of many dark ideological beliefs who will threaten, coerce, banish, destory and possibly kill any who fail to OBEY their dictates issued and backed by force of arms.

So brother, let us now see what Clemencia's God has in store for her and what HE has in store for YOU.
