'false' ARREST
&
Persecution of 'Martin' by State officials
There
are as yet aspects which you do
not understand in the
'persecution of man' process
which is carried out by 'State'
enforcers such as the police or
even simply 'bad' people in the
community who
interfere
and go forth
aggressively causing
others to
suffer mentally,
emotionally or physically.
Firstly, ALL 'inquisitors,' be
they 'official' or otherwise are
being used by God's DARK
energy to 'balance' ITS
'Scales of
Justice' against some
other who in their past
used IT in some way or, they may
simply have by taxes or similar
funded an organisation whose
officials caused others 'harm'
and thus as a taxpayer or voter the
individual is complicit to what
is done unto others by their
servants and, - - - not only has
this taken place during this
life 'time' but possibly accrued
by the soul in a pre-birth entry
to this realm.
The
police are regrettably and
unknowingly being used as
unconscionable
'bloodhounds' unleashed upon the people
to 'hunt them down' in using the
rules elevated by
their political 'overlords.'
Politicians
are also unknowingly being
used by the DARK forceful
and destructive Power of God to
mete out 'divine retribution'
against those in the community
who defied God and
trespassed into His
FORBIDDEN TERRITORY of Dark, as
they used IT against others.
Neither the politicians nor
their 'lackeys' are aware of the
existence of the ONE
law of
energy, (God's
law of return) and thus they see
not that ahead, it is they to
suffer all they mete out
in the name of
'Rules or
retributive Justice.'
Neither the politicians nor
their 'lackeys' are aware of the
existence of God's
Command
nor are they aware of the
spiritual CONSEQUENCES of their
own
'interfering & punitive'
actions. We are here to
'mercifully & compassionately'
assist them, for they "Know
not what they do unto themselves
each day."
We are
here in this realm today to set
as many of these 'dark forces'
free from their slavery &
bondage to THE DARK Sovereign
Power, God. First it is YOU to
FULLY comprehend all given by
SHE the Light
& Wisdom of God via me and,
- - -
to also set yourself free from
any past 'karmic debts' owed to
the Dark. So - - -

I comment on the items I have

pre-birth time.

ABSOLUTELY JUST.
No person
suffers IF they
do not
deserve IT.

My advice to you is to keep
steady as you LIVE according
to the precepts of God's
Command at all times and in
all situations, thus you
remain steadfast as you
BOW
in submission
(Islam) to God's
words
and you remain
faithful
to them:
"Go your way in peace & love
one another and be merciful,
compassionate and forgive
those persecuting you."
You have a God given
RIGHT to live according to your 'conscience, ideology and thus
religious views' and also to so do within the Constitution of
Australia's 'Freedom of religion' Act which I give at the end of
this document and on the 'defence submission' to follow.
I add, as a peaceful
person who was not 'disturbing the peace of the land' when
'arrested' and searched, it is obvious that the police were
exceeding their authority according to THE CONSTITUTION, for no
person needs be 'apprehended' unless they are in fact
disturbing the peace.
So in this 'case' the
police were in FACT exceeding the authority granted unto them by
said Constitution, but they 'know it not' for even magistrates today
'know it not' as all simply follow 'latter day' rules even
though in so doing it is they who are 'treasonable' and in
defiance of their mandate and thus 'guilty' of Anarchy. It
is 'best' to NOT 'confront' the police in any way. NO, you do not
have to 'present' yourself at any Court BUT - - - as your intent
is to elevate the conscience of the magistrate as well as the
serving police it would be 'best' to simply do as they ASK
and see 'what' transpires BEFORE they 'hunt you down' and, - - -
You MUST understand
that THE POWER in the Court of man is the DARK POWER of God
Almighty, for it is HIS Court within which you stand to BE
'judged' by HIM, for ultimately, all done unto YOU is the
thoughts flowing through the MIND of the magistrate from
God's reaping forces who know EXACTLY what you need to suffer
at that moment in time or, to be set free etc.
When you face the magistrate and he says
to you: "You are 'charged' with these
offences, how do you you plead, guilty or not guilty." You at
that moment state: "Your Honour, I wish
to make NO 'plea' but I 'tender' my defence in writing for you to
see." - - - and as this you say, you reach your hand out with
a copy of the attached Word doc and 'proffer' IT to the court clerk
to hand over to him. Sign all the pages and have 3 copies - one for
yourself, one for the 'magi' and one for the prosecutor.
His response cannot be 'gauged,' but he
may say; 'shut up and I sentence you to - - -'
OR, he may accept the submission and say
'return on the day - - - and I will give you
my judgement.'
You cannot 'hide away' and neither can you
use any 'excuses' as to looking after a sick person etc. We are
dealing with God's ABSOLUTELY MERCILESS AND DESTRUCTIVE ENERGY and
IT 'brooks' NO 'nonsense' and IT knows ALL and sees ALL.
As for your

IN
THE FIRST INSTANCE when your vehicle was approached at
Tullamarine Airport you were in FACT
'detained' for a time,
when being 'questioned' and searched, and thus in FACT during
this time you were under ARREST
so to speak by an 'armed' person who was
'unknowingly' exceeding their authority to so do within the
powers vested unto them. How so?
1 -
You were NOT a person who had
'disturbed the peace' and thus NOT a
person 'detainable nor apprehendable' within THE LAW.
2 - There was NO 'Arrest Warrant' issued and thus it was NOT
'reasonable' NOR 'lawful' for a 'police person' to DISTURB
YOUR PEACE.
Thus it is proven that the 'attending' police officer
exceeded their authority in their ACTION of 'interference,'
be it 'temporary' or otherwise and this ILLEGAL activity has
now set the 'scene' which has now followed due to your
RELIGIOUS BELIEF to which you are entitled (By Law)
to live by - - BUT - - they know IT not nor do they see IT
due to their ignorance around the issue which can ONLY be
'resolved' by the Court magistrate according to his
'thoughts.'
According to the Freedom of Religion 'doctrinal belief'
clause of the Constitution you were and are entitled
to have goods in your possession which were prohibited by
LATER day political edicts which ARE overruled by
said Constitutional Authority as long as you do not
disturb the peace of the land.
It
is also the DUTY of the magistrate to 'check' every 'case'
against the Constitution prior to concluding or entertaining
any 'case.'
God
is not 'concerned' in any way of that which you 'smoke'
etc., but He uses the rules book to haul you IN and to
punish you for any transgressions of His Command.
People in the 'armed' services who take a 'mercenary wage'
to uphold rules in a book are simply ignorant of the
Truth as they
'disturb the peace of others'
every day.
The
'options' - - -
1 - Keep 'running' and
'hope' to be NOT 'found' - this is insanity.
2 - Report IN to the police by phone or
personally and they will 'do' what their minds
tell them to do. |
They may take you straight to a Court to set another date
and then state that you can only be set free to return on
that later day IF you pay some 'bail' money and all I can
say around that is: "Any money paid
is a 'ransom' and that needs to be refused by you IF you are
truly seeking to help humanity." In this 'case'
IF you are strong enough to take the 'jail' alternative then
please so do, for only thus do you 'clear' some past karma
dues.
From this moment ON it is our God to 'judge' your
'commitment' to assist His lost children. If you are required to
be jailed then accept IT 'thankfully' in the foreknowledge
that NO person is to void nor avoid their dues to God and, -
- - if you are confined then be 'happy' that you can study
the message deeper each day so that when released you are
stronger and more capable. Simply stay CALM and accept
God's decision for He is 'in charge.'
I suggest that you
phone the 'constable' or email them asking to please advise you if
they can arrange another court date and also ask if the matter can be referred to
Launceston as you are living in Tasmania or, can you report to the
Launceston Court Clerk on Monday at 9.30 am or the Launceston Court
Police Sergeant. You cannot 'help' anyone
unless you actively 'engage' with them as I suggest. God awaits to
see your 'judgement' in this matter.
Once you have 'sorted' this then let your
mother know of your new 'way' forwards so she does not have to
'fear' for your safety and just remember - God knows EXACTLY where
you are and His 'hounds' will BE merciless and MORE 'incited' and
callous with you IF you try and avoid their 'calls,' in FACT God's
'call' via them to stand before HIM in His court.
You and I ONLY have the RIGHT to be
left in peace when God and His 'Law' has been 'appeased' and
thus He then via His 'minions' Judges you as "FREE to be
left in peace" and never again to be 'disturbed,
detained, punished' etc.
IF you wish to assist the
LIGHT of God to 'save'
HER lost children then 'stand UP
and BE counted' as a TRUE
helper. This will assist the Police to revert BACK to their past
honourable role of ONLY hauling in
persons who factually 'disturbed the peace
of the land' rather than continuing to be
political 'lackeys.' I
do not 'ask' for any payment for my time but if you
wish to assist me in any way financially or otherwise then feel
'free' to so do for my 'time' is precious and I also do have expenses.
Go well and place a copy of this email
from me at
the END of your Court submission as IT will also be read by the magi
and prosecutor and will assist to reprogram their minds and, feel
free to pass IT to others. Remember, if a 'fine' is imposed then you
should simply state that you are unable to pay any fines due to the
fact that your ideological belief
precludes you from funding any 'warring' or punitive
system of man as you are an absolute pacifist.
Naturally if ahead you are taken to prison
for failing to pay said fines then you simply suffer that fate
quietly and take IT as an opportunity of helping others imprisoned. I will send a copy of this and other correspondence to your
sister Emily as that is your intent and she is able to contact me
directly if so needed later. It will take a day or two to prepare
your Court defence submission.

The question is 'What is
religion?'
Justices Mason and Brennan
in a joint judgment, stressed the importance of
the case in determining fundamental questions of
religious freedom in Australia and the extent to
which
an individual is free to believe and act
without legal restraint.
Justices Wilson and Deane
stressed the need to match the evidence of the
beliefs in question with the five or six main
characteristics of the world's major religions.
Justices Mason and Brennan
said,
"Freedom of religion, the paradigm freedom of
conscience, is of the essence of a free society.
The chief function in the law of a definition of
religion is to mark out an area within which a
person subject to the law
is free to believe and act in accordance with
his belief without legal restraint."
"Protection is accorded to
preserve the dignity and freedom of each man so
that he may adhere to any religion of his
choosing or to none," they said. "The freedom of
religion being equally conferred on all, the
variety of religious beliefs which are within
the area of legal immunity is not restricted."
NOTE :
Freedom of religion applies to the INDIVIDUAL,
not the organisation. The organisation has no
'conscience' as IT is simply a name given by men
to an 'umbrella' and as all can now see, the
many persons living under said umbrella can all
hold different ideological 'views' and some are
peaceful, loving, merciful
and forgiving and others are warlike,
merciless and unforgiving.

As you can see, everyone of every race and creed is an
INFIDEL, be it knowingly or unknowingly
because, from the time of their 'birth' they have been programmed by
the false beliefs of their forefathers who themselves were
misled.
If you are not 'strong enough' mentally and emotionally to HALT your
support and funding of MEN who demand a 'fee' to licence your
'works' or who demand a 'tax' from your earnings to support their
iniquity of control, subjugation and
extortion, then you will NEVER become free from SLAVERY
and greater will become your suffering and misery.
Please now lay down your 'arms' and say "NO" to extortionists making
demands for your fiscal support and ONLY from now on fund, condone
and support the benign provision of
services to humanity. Education
is the way forwards and upwards to THE LIGHT.
Those who continue to 'extort' money backed by 'arms' or who punish
and fight will fall far from the Light and Abysmal will BE their
eternal plight.
OBEY your Creator and BOW to His ~ Her
Command of peace & love & compassion &
mercy and forgive
'infidels' for their error.

rational mind* - Having the words:
"Cause no harm" to the fore and
thus obeying God and remaining within the
'right & loving' benign
return aspect of THE immutable and 'Just Justice'

harm" for any reason place themselves within the
'wrong & hateful" malignant
