To the Commissioner of Police Tasmania

Dear Sir,

Reference; the case of Officer Jonathan Chandler v/s Rebecca Sampson

I wish to bring to your attention that officer Chandler from the St. Mary's division is exceeding his constitutional mandate by disturbing the peace of a peaceful citizen (Rebecca) who was and yet is going about her affairs in a peaceful manner.

This officer is consciously and deliberately harassing Ms Sampson using 'rules' in his book of rules whilst blatantly ignoring his conscience as an 'upholder' of the community values. He is also exceeding the mandate granted by the Constitutional authority simply due to;

1 - His complete ignorance of the powers granted unto POLICE by said Constitution and its limitations upon their activities and;

2 - His arrogant and vindictive nature whereby he has absolutely NO concern for the recent distress imposed upon the homeless 'lass' who is well known to him. In the past week he has 'ripped off' the number plates from two vehicles 'lent' to her by caring members of the community to 'sleep in' and take her daughter to school simply because they were unregistered 'farm' vehicles. This to me is simply 'ideological' persecution.

As far as God and I are 'concerned,' the constitutional 'powers' have been totally ignored for many years by police, magistrates, politicians and even the 'governor' herself. Much of this is based on the FALSE 'belief' in what they believe is their 'infinite' authority over others as they march out their 'armed forces' simply because THE TRUE SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY has not yet 'shown' ITS Power.

It is my task to ADVISE everyone that the Police service has changed from being a benign 'Upholder of the 'PEACE' corps to being a political enforcement arm for the political interference in the lives of the peaceful and extortion of monies from citizens who are being coerced and punished daily.

As far as I am 'concerned,' the Police service needs to now quickly amend their role to that of ONLY HAULING IN PERSONS WHO FACTUALLY DISTURB THE PEACE.

Why do I say this?  Because 'regrettably,' the ignorance and arrogance of politicians, magistrates and the armed backup police forces men have unknowingly placed themselves into the most dangerous 'quadrant' of a very large invisible cyclonic FORCE that is soon, very soon, to bring everyone to ACCOUNT in an extremely painful manner known ONLY by me.

Furthermore, the officer 'Jonathan' spoken of above needs to be arrested and educated to the FACTS, and advised to never again disturb the peace of any lady, especially one who is 'homeless' and desperately trying to maintain her sanity as she tries to feed and clothe and 'school' her 10 year old daughter whilst living in a motor vehicle with no amenities nor electricity or water.

Since I am of the very 'old' school and having had a very angry and aggressive British soldier officer father, I do know what he would have done to ANYONE treating ANY woman with ANY disrespect. It was strange to observe that he could be 'cruel' to his wife and not see his own 'darkness in action,' but if any other so did then he would 'throw down the gauntlet' and it was either the rapier or the duelling pistols. Times have changed, but even now the Police can BE 'cruel' but see not their own actions as cruelty causing great mental and emotional trauma.

However, I am of a different 'breed' because my spirit soul is FREE from contamination by DARK energy, (negative emotions) and thus my absolute pacifist philosophical ways are IN conformity with the below TWO 'ruling' commands of our CREATOR. I simply ask that this 'Jonathan' man be taken OFF duty for a time and that the entire system of 'interference' be looked into with MY personal input. THE Commands of our Sovereign Power God state:

I further state: Rebecca Sampson is LEGAL within her conscience, and LEGAL within the Constitution to go about her day without ANY interference irrespective of ANY 'rules of mortals' as long as she is NOT factually disturbing the peace.

Dear Commissioner, I know that it is very difficult amending ones system of BELIEF because life's programming is VERY strong. Try and understand that ALL man-made organisations such as governments with their controls ARE totally ILLEGAL because their 'heads' and officials and armed forces are ALL operating in contravention of God's Commands.

There is the ingrained 'assumption' that every 'decree' enshrined in a book of rules is LEGAL and thus those forcing others to OBEY or 'suffer' the punitive penalty are ABOVE or BEYOND the 'reach' of God's SOLO 'LAW of equal Return.' It is my task to advise everyone using God's DARK force that as they use IT, some of IT grows within their SOUL (Sin) and it is THIS which drags their spirit soul DOWN and away into the terrifying darkness below.

What THE Commissioner needs to now see or 'address' is the 'content' or 'mass' factor of mental and emotional trauma CAUSED each time his 'men' use RULES to interfere, intimidate, coerce, threaten, enforce, steal money (fines) dispossess, or restrict the freedom of movement of others and causing hardship and suffering EACH AND EVERY DAY to their 'victims.' VICTIMS = the persecution of persons living by a different ideological philosophy.

Why do I state this? Because I see that all this TRAUMA imposed is in defiance of and a contravention of God's Commands on page one above, and thus within the IMMUTABLE Law of 'Equal return,' all trauma imposed (resultant) becomes a very painful DUE upon the 'heads' of all concerned when it is all 'added together' and IMPOSED upon them via the mind and hands of others at the time and in the place so ordained by THE Sovereign Authority. (God)

I am very AWARE that THE ONLY 'factor' permitted by God in dealing with persons such as your officials or uncivil people who disturb the peace for ANY reason, is for them to BE 'arrested' and then have them counselled so that they become mentally stable as they also LEARN of God's ONE Law when they attend a 'Feeling Easy' Seminar.

Certainly we need positive 'guidelines' to assist people to be 'safe' on the roads. E.G.; Drive on the correct side of the road and at the suggested speed, but IF it is their choice to NOT wear a seat belt or NOT to have road insurance or NOT to pay any annual number-plate tax then that is their prerogative, and it is between them and their GOD if they cause another harm.

Presently, your officers are taking a wage to uphold political dictates with their punitive attachments, and to extort money forcefully when what needs to happen is that your Service must ONLY be used to uphold the PEACE of the land. (A TRUE community service) 

Your officers take great 'delight' in what they do but they see NOT that ahead, there is NOW to BE a 'great day' of RECKONING which NONE will be able to avoid because it will 'come' at the mind and hands of the MENTALLY DISTURBED. These will simply be persons in the flesh who have uncontrollable and OPEN minds.

Their minds and thoughts will BE controlled by very dark demonic forces below who are utterly merciless, cruel and unconscionable. These 'lost' spirit people below are used by the DARK energy essence telepathically and IT knows every last 'drop' or 'speck' of agony imposed by  'earthlings' (In this case the police) and to BE imposed upon them as IT (The Dark) balances ITS 'Scales of justice.'

I can but ADD, if any person in a 'uniform' or other using a 'mandate' wish to continue to interfere in Rebecca's life (or in the life of any other)  then it will BE very sad indeed because their OWN 'fate' will have been WRITTEN by the deeds of their OWN hands.

Dear Commissioner, please advise your St. Mary's station to NOT 'halt' or interfere in the life of Rebecca Sampson because she is doing her best to live as her God would have it be. (Caring for her child) What she does not need is an arrogant unconscionable 'copper' strutting into her life simply because he is ARMED with an 'unholy' bible book and a GUN.

According to my 'book,' for any 'man' to go forth with the intent and deed to cause any 'harm' or inconvenience to a woman who is caring for her child under the most strenuous of circumstances is a very 'cowardly and dishonourable person irrespective of 'what' is said in a book of decrees written by some other mortal.

Commander, the 'Absolute Justice' of God's 'eye for an eye' or 'Law of equal return' is now to swing into action and all continuing to be defiant of God's Commands will end up in a place where there are NONE of the 'female' gender but ONLY 'male' BEASTS whose only 'pleasure' is to literally REAM all 'assholes.' ONLY liquid AGONY exists in that place.

If Jonathan Chandler 'felt' that Rebecca might have become a 'danger' to the public then he should have said to her: "Madam, please let me escort you to your home safely."

The present un-gentlemanly 'way' of 'throwing the book of rules' at people for ANY reason MUST now BE abolished. Why does anyone take a wage to uphold the decrees of mortal men that are in defiance of THE Command of THEIR Creator? Everyone DEMANDS 'Justice' and THAT is exactly what they are now to RECEIVE. It is all very SIMPLE:

For man to remain 'safe' within THE Commands of THE Sovereign overlord, God, man must ONLY educate offenders as per the decrees within my 'Offender document.' Let SANITY now prevail for 'otherwise,' you will 'die in your sin' as was so stated by God.

My 'pen' warns all mankind that if 'rules in a book' force man to defy their God-given conscience or God's commands and they cause physical harm or mental or emotional TRAUMA or material LOSS, then they deserve to 'DIE' in the dark worlds that exist below as they suffer the eternal consequence in the after-life. Ones spirit soul exists forever because IT is comprised of God's indestructible energy essence.

Decrees enshrined in 'books' are NOT 'the law,' they are simply the 'text' or orders of men who believe that they are 'as' God as they endlessly add to their decree demands.

The real THE LAW is simply the 'return unto user' of either aspect of God's energy in their interaction with others. Be IT the creative loving Light aspect or the destructive hateful Dark aspect. Both energies exist invisibly and are what are 'drawn on' as man decides to MOVE 'this way' or 'that way.'

Neither 'return' aspect of God's ENERGY can be 'voided' or avoided or nullified by men bearing weapons or any other form or threat. This energy is a 'Law unto itself.' There are NO 'secrets' in the universe and each aspect of God's energy has an eternal indelible memory and knows EXACTLY who is civil and who is uncivil and which energy has been USED and the EXACT amount used.

The energies 'balance' their movement 'back and forth' at the time and place when IT so decides. This can be manifested instantly or accumulatively 1000 years ahead. I can but state that said 'moment' of INTENSE 'return' is now HERE so beware. All will soon get to know 'who' have 'agony' as their due. Rebecca is suffering hers or part thereof at the hands of Police. Their 'turn' will come say I.

Since I AM God's judge I can firmly state that irrespective of anyone believing that I am but an 'old fool,' I do see what IS NOW TO BE and I speak very SINCERELY as I state:
 

I do trust and hope that the Tasmania Police Service 'heads' have the COURAGE to be WISE and begin to operate in accordance with God's Commands so that 'we' can lead the world INTO the NEW AGE, and at the same time the serving officers will BE protected from God's retributive forces once they have paid outstanding dues because their ongoing deeds will BE in conformity with THE RULING COMMANDS.

Sir, the Tasmania police service are presently being used as political 'lackeys' for very unconscionable politicians who simply "Do whatever they wish to" in giving themselves a 'licence' to so do by elevating statutes. Your 'forces' are the ones who ILLEGALLY use 'force of arms' to enforce said statutes. You assume that YOU stand above the 'reach' of the 'Law of God' and the page (1) above Commands of God. Is this simply because you do not believe that HE exists?

Have you not heard the daily 'prayer' in the Australian parliament: "Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be your name - - -" Have you 'heard' the ending 'bit' OF said prayer where the speaker states: "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us - - -"? It is MY 'pen' (Fathers, HE in heaven) to state unto all mankind:

Ones Conscience

Dear Commissioner, our God gave man a 'speck' of His TRUE LIGHT within the core of each spirit soul created by Him. This Light IS ones benign conscience and IT is LOVE. Through IT we can 'think' and decide to be Light in action or, - - - we can also deny this Light and be the 'forbidden to use' merciless, hateful and destructive DARK in action.

So.... the difficulty for your chaps is that they cannot use their conscience because they are paid a 'dollar' wage to use an "Unholy book of Rules" in their interaction with others, rules which are often far more punitive than the situation warrants.

These rules cause and enable intrusion, control, retribution, denial, subjugation, detention, extortion of money, punishment and loss, and these are all activities of the DARK.  All the activity by the above officers sadly means officers are accruing negative Karma.  (Payback within the Law of the DARK energy of God. ABSOLUTE JUSTICE)

So what is the Answer?  BURN THE BOOKS. What then? Become a TRUE Peace Corps operating for and on behalf of the community who are the ones who pay their wages.  The police must no longer be the enforcement arm of Political extortionists. I am not advocating an armed 'take-over' but a Peaceful retreat into unarmed SANITY. A true 'People's Peace Corps.'

We no longer need 'wiles' but smiles. No more entrapment by men pretending to be 12 year old girls tempting the emotional disturbed to step into their spiders web so that their life blood can be sucked out.

IF the 'poor' or those of contra beliefs do not or cannot pay the fines imposed by statutes and magistrates, then the fact that politicians have 'licensed' the MPES to revoke drivers licences and registration etc., is simply an added coercion to enable monetary EXTORTION using YOUR army who are also then 'licensed' to interfere and cause great mental and emotional stress to CITIZENS such as 'Rebecca.' She is a young 'lass' who is are already stressed to the limit, MENTALLY DISTURBED, and struggling to remain SANE. (Woe indeed is what I see coming your way 'karmicly.')

Dear Commissioner, please SPEAK to the 'head honcho' Premier and ask him to get his 'advisory board' together and quickly revoke the MPES 'licence' to steal money and cause HARM. I can state quite categorically that they are ALL in grave PERIL albeit they see IT not.

Please now advise your officers to NEVER halt or detain anyone who has NOT disturbed the peace. Please now also halt the 'way' of saying to people: "Prove who you are with a photo ID or you will not be permitted to continue on your journey."

Brother, soon this Tasmanian 'land' is to be 'invaded' by MILLIONS of persons from North of the Equator. These persons will not 'hear nor understand' why they are being halted or questioned because the language they speak will not be understood by your men who will simply be 'cut down' instantly.

It is surely THE TIME to disarm and become  TRUE PEACE CORPS of kindly and respectful persons who do NOT drag people out of their vehicles by their collars and do not use guns to shoot people who 'hesitate' or defy them. Everyone is becoming more mentally disturbed by Dark intrusive thoughts including the Police officers.

My 'pen' is soon out of 'ink' because 'Ash Hardiker' my heart surgeon tells me that my heart pump is soon to STOP.  It is time to now heed my 'call.' I have written many letters to your office over the years and I hope that soon, someone will come for a cup of tea and an in-depth discussion with me. It is a MOST SERIOUS situation.  Please now amend the unconscionable ways of your OFFICERS.

The mastermind behind all the escalating confrontation, aggression and destruction that is to spread globally is REVEALED in my National Security Alert below.
