Open NOTICE of COMPLAINT (2)

Dear Mr Erin Holland, Sir,

Reference: Clemencia Christina Barnes

I note the four pages of 'endless' monetary demands from you in reference to Mrs Barnes. I also note the resultant fines imposed by the Tasmanian 'Justice' department, totalling some $11,892.03. I am also aware that every 'Judicial' activity be it legal or illegal has to be 'backed' by the Tasmania Police Services who are expected to 'follow up' and enforce the decisions made.

I also note the public naming and shaming by the MPES 'director' as well as the disqualification of drivers licence and the registration of vehicle cancellation by Martin Crane the vehicle registrar.

All this has come about due to Clemencia having come to my 'office' many years ago asking for my 'advice' concerning her conscience because she was 'disturbed' by the possibility that she might have become complicit to all the harm being imposed upon other children of GOD by the armed forces of your Government Institution who were and yet are maiming and killing God's children both here and over the seas

My advice to her was that funding 'warmongers' for the purpose of their 'supposedly' justified action of 'protection' was ERROR. She understood that justifying slaughter of any of God's children was unacceptable to God under any circumstances and that in justifying these actions one would be complicit to the 'causing of harm' actions if she employed people as 'servants' to operate on her behalf.

I also advised her that she had NO obligation to fund any person or system which was 'antagonistic' and causing harm because that was in direct contravention of God's Command to mankind, a command that clearly forbids any form of retribution since God alone will decide the fate of the individual's actions as that relates to forgiveness and non-retaliation rather than retribution. God Commands as follows:

I advised Clemencia to be brave, to obey her God, follow her conscience and STOP filling out tax returns because from this moment forward she must ONLY fund benign community effort.  This she did some fifteen years ago, and ever since has faithfully continued to obey God's Command and never to be part of causing harm to any.

Mr Holland, I am Clemencia's spiritual counsellor and I need to ask you: "Why do you sign your name on a 'failure penalty' demand notice to a seventy year old lady who has been the 'subject of persecution' by the ATO prosecutor Eddie Storace for fifteen years"?

Are you not AWARE that your 'office' staff are operating ILLEGALLY and unconstitutionally when they 'drag' Clemencia through the 'lowly' Court of "PETTY SESSIONS" which is not LEGAL in matters of the Freedom of Religion Clause of the Constitution?  THE matter at hand is one of religious ideological BELIEF, (doctrine of faith) and according to the RULES of the  institution you serve you must be aware that Clemencia's matter can ONLY be legally 'heard and judged'  by the High Court.

All the Launceston magistrates are self-PROVEN to be operating in a criminal and illegal manner because they have ALL been advised of their error of way but they choose to ignore it with impunity and simply fine or jail the INNOCENT in the 'case at hand' presented to them illegally by vindictive persecutors.

It has been quite obvious to God and myself that every department including that of the Tasmanian 'Governor' are in 'cahoots' in their defiance of Clemencia's Constitutional rights as well as her God-given rights.

Dear 'brother,' why do you NOT understand that CITIZENS of this OZ land are guaranteed the Right to NOT be persecuted or prosecuted for their ideological stance of PEACE (pacifism) by your institution as long as they are peaceful Ref:

I ask: "Are you 'Sir' so 'self assured of your righteousness as to believe that your office stands above the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts of the Constitution. Are you also  not aware of the Command of our Sovereign Lord God simply because your officials have been making ILLEGAL 'usage' of lowly courts"?

This you do in an attempt to force people into changing their ideological belief (faith) through FEAR or, by believing in your "Illegal" right to continue with ongoing persecution. Your offices have full knowledge concerning the Rights of the Constitution given to every citizen under the 'Freedom of Religion Act' so stated many times by me.

It appears so particularly when I note that your office has received some sixty (63) letters * from MY pen over the years on this matter of the Constitution. In spite of this truth your staff still deny Clemencia the RIGHT to be 'heard and judged' by the HIGH COURT to whom YOU should be directing your complaints because when you fail to uphold the DECREES of your own institution, the Freedom of Religion CLAUSES simply become a mockery of INJUSTICE within your State Courts.

You and your other associates are Guilty of harassment, coercion, threat and emotional TORTURE of a very kindly person. She has accepted what God has put on her plate by you  but sadly, your 'debts' to God continue to multiply.

Please UNDERSTAND that Clemencia CANNOT defy her God nor her conscience through funding your punitive system that even today has an unholy alliance with the USA warmongers and is engaged in the 'blowing up' and dismembering of women and children over the seas.

In view of the above, she has NO 'reason or cause' to fill out tax returns. I personally believe that the 'high' officials of your office, and this includes yourself, should be arrested for TREASON against the Sovereign Authority that 'licences' or LIMITS your operations. It is an abomination to coerce peaceful people into supporting warmongers particularly since that person has total belief in forgiveness as God Commands.

I request you to HALT your endless letters of demand and threats of ongoing reprimand to Clemencia before you find your soul DAMNED FOREVER. "Who do you think you are Sir"? You 'bro' and your office 'bearers' ARE exceeding EVERY mandate within your OWN Constitution. This they do with impunity simply by using the State Police (PEACE service) to back you up.

Clemencia 'owes' not even $1.00, and all your 'claims' are simply the result of collusion between Prosecutors and Criminal Magistrates who use threats, coercion and the 'power' within their pens backed by THE community Police Service as  ATO and Magistrates attempt monetary EXTORTION. Clemencia does not wish to pay for even one gallon of fuel required by the Air force bombers.

The 'supposed' freedom and democracy of the 'first world' is a misnomer because everyone is RULED by rules imposed by POLICE force of arms that enable the 'elite' to steal endless sums of money quite 'openly' simply because the ENTIRE system is CORRUPT due to:

I have been observing the operations of the Launceston Court for many, many years now and I have yet to 'find' or see ANY magistrate who is NOT corrupt. All are merciless and every last one of them is 'jailable' at the very least for their treasonable criminal activity by their defiance of the constitutional limitations using their lower courts to make decisions well BEYOND the jurisdiction of the Constitution.

They as you feel 'emboldened' but at the same time fail to see that the very 'Gates of Hell' stand AJAR awaiting the arrival of the millions who continue to defy THE Command of their God. His demonic forces below await with 'baited breath' and heavy CLUBS in hand to greet all-comers who will shriek in agony FOREVER, for that is the FATE of all who show NO mercy, who 'smirk' with mirth at the 'ease' with which they subjugate the peaceful and, who then coerce them into defiance of their own conscience and belief as in God's Command.

The State PEACE Corps (Police) go along with it simply because it has become the STATUS QUO. The Police should in fact be arresting you and all for your complicity rather than assisting you in harassing, intimidating and controlling the peaceful.

My CONCERNS are that it is ALWAYS THE POLICE who become the 'fall guys' because it is they who are required to be dishonourable through their ignorance of FACTS because they simply 'back up' criminal magistrates and go forth to arrest or detain or evict INNOCENT people who have NOT 'disturbed the peace.'

The SOLE 'Job' of the Tasmanian Governor is to UPHOLD the Constitution and ensure that IT is not being 'sidelined' by the 'likes' of you and all the other departments COMPLICIT. Regrettably the error is either that SHE has NO 'balls' or, her male understudy (David Owen) has taken it upon himself to keep my letters away * from her sight and instead, has sent the St. Helens Police to my door to 'warn me off' as they so did.

Whereto now? Lets wait and see 'what' THE invisible Sovereign Power (God) has to 'say' or 'do' to me or you. I hope that my pen can 'save' at least ONE of you. Please LEAVE Clemencia in PEACE and write her a letter of sincere apology.

What can I say to the Tasmania Police Service? Since Clemencia is proven to be 'honest and sincere' in her personal efforts to NEVER disturb the peace of others as is her constitutional and God-given Right, and proven to be a past contributor to the mental health aspect of all persons globally, please now:

Further to the above, it is the Police 'Chief' who must now realise that there is NO 'Democracy' nor 'Freedom of Religion' in any land on earth because, simply stated, it is the armed Police FORCE that in FACT enables the MILITARY DICTATORSHIP invoked by RULES to exist.

These ruling dictates are enacted by people elevated into power by the enforced 'Vote for someone' POLICY. That 'someone' PERSON is 'who and what heads' the 'group' who use their MILITARY Police force to back their demands upon THE PEOPLE who are daily 'showered' with more and more restrictive taxes and punitive measures.

The Police Service must now become a TRUE and honourable COMMUNITY PEACE CORPS who are unarmed. They must ONLY 'haul in' persons who are either factually disturbing the peace or who are carrying out immoral activities.

I further state to Mr Holland: Indeed sir, what you are 'saying' by your punitive deeds imposed by Magistrate Marron upon Clemencia, is that your ATO institution has the RIGHT to 'overrule' Clemencia's democratic right to NOT fund the war machine and resultant causing of harm to others.

Since the MPES is now 'set' to evict her through auctioning her property backed by POLICE force of arms, you are also stating that YOU have the RIGHT to overrule the constitutional Freedom of Religion Clause and try to force her via coercion to 'cough up' money and to thus deny her conscience and defy her God.

I did send to you a copy of my Update - 63 - 13th November 2016 to the Northern Midlands Council and I suggest that you read its content that is also on line at the below 'religion' Link. Why so? Because if the MPES or yourselves make any 'move' to auction Clemencia's property or if anyone of the enforcement agencies tries to evict her or extract any monies from her, then I can categorically state that the eternal FATE of all involved will become the very same as that of our brother Eddie Storace.

It is inconceivable but TRUE that man consigns his own soul to the Abyss through ignorance resulting in defiance of God. Earthly 'judges' can consign man to 'solitary' confinement for a 'material' life-time. Confinement to the Abyss is eternal, and that 'time' is more than a million, trillion earth 'life-times.' Each individual has now but a brief moment in time to come to a personally informed decision to treat my words with derision or ABSOLUTE PRECISION. I am here as a FRIEND.

After the time of global insanity, those who ONLY emit Light benign energy to others will exist on earth and peace will reign. All continuing to be the DARK controlling and punitive energy in action are now to be swept into the Abyss by the 'weight' and inner vibration of their INNER SIN (God's Dark forceful power) they draw IN as they use IT or are used by IT in their interaction with others.
