Dear Madam, I am advising you of an extremely 'sinister' plot emerging, and there is also ongoing anarchy taking place as the result of civil disobedience of the highest order in the political and judicial aspects of our society. This activity has been ongoing for so long now that the 'precedents' set by the perpetrators has blinded them all into the false belief in their RIGHT to be absolute dictators in their daily interaction with peaceful members of society. Soon, very soon, this anti-social behaviour will lead to civil UNREST and disorder and great travail will follow. I give you here in this document some information in respect of my 'revelations' for your consideration because, any continued contravention of the CIVIL Rights granted unto the peaceful within the Constitution is going to result in many finding the justification to resort to a punitive response retaliation against their oppressors. Why is this so? Because it is via their inner fears or anger that their minds will be broached by dark thoughts from demonic realms through said emotions as they become EXTREMELY mentally and emotionally traumatised by said 'higher' power interference in their family life. State dissidents are exceeding their legal MANDATE and there is nothing 'worse' in any society than persons in high places who believe in their Right to OVERRULE every RULE in their OWN 'books of rules' as they criminally 'charge' others and use illiterate or ignorant or vain and arrogant magistrates to coerce, threaten, intimidate and steal money from the peaceful and restrict their movement. (Jail or other) Madam, prosecutors are 'licensed' or mandated in accordance with THE Law to haul-in those who operate outside said laws. (The lawless) Presently, prosecutors backed by magistrates are persecuting the 'innocent,' and themselves thus disturbing the peace of the land and they apparently know it not. This is 'heresy.' When officials take a wage to uphold the Rule of law they must themselves operate within the RULES of said Law. The overriding LAW which all choose to IGNORE is the Acts of the Constitution because IT is the Sovereign Power Authority which grants them the powers to interfere, control, regulate, subjugate and punish using FORCE OF ARMS backup. Any person operating in contravention of said constitutional ACTS is operating illegally and is also trespassing into the lives or property of the many others who ARE living in accordance to or with THE constitutional doctrine of PEACE as COMMANDED by said overriding AUTHORITY. Tasmanians live so 'far away' from the Sovereign powers which uphold the constitutional authority that they now assume that ITS 'jurisdiction' is somehow voided or non-existent and, worse still, the Governor-general whose sole DUTY is to uphold said Constitution does herself take sides with the disobedient ones and simply ignores the 'pleas' from the peaceful. Indeed, every official in judicial 'office' (prosecutor or magistrate) is openly guilty of holding the peaceful in utter CONTEMPT and using their armed backup powers, they simply 'gleefully' impose strictures as they tell their victims to 'shut up' or render unto Caesar that which Caesar DEMANDS via their 'pen.' None see the mental and emotional trauma imposed upon peaceful families who have NOT disturbed the peace and who as said ARE living in accordance with the Constitutional statutes AND the Command of THE CREATOR. (God) What needs to be clearly understood by all of God's children is that the grace of God grants all His children the right to live by their conscience in so far as ones 'thoughts' or deeded actions guide one to live in a kindly benign and respectful to others manner in accordance with the precepts of God's Command of love, peace & mercy, compassion and forgiveness of the dark ways of others. In fact this is also the Civil Right granted unto man by the 'forefathers' who raised UP the Constitutions of many lands with the 'proviso' that man was FREE to live according to this peaceful ideology (religious belief) as long as they did not 'disturb the peace of the land nor cause harm to others.' I give here all the necessary acts of the Constitution and freedom of religion clauses;
These Prosecutors in ignoring the Constitution and placing their 'case' before petty court magistrates instead of the High Court are GUILTY of criminal activity, and also guilty of enticing equally arrogant or ignorant Magistrates to 'follow their lead' as they both ILLEGALLY persecute the peaceful.Regrettably, the serving police officers are also dragged into this criminal activity as they are then 'forced' to wage war against the peaceful whom they are paid a wage to PROTECT. All involved will find out that ignorance is NO excuse as they are forced by circumstances beyond their powers or guns to control and great travail is to be their fate. Madam, I need to state first that it is the Constitution that 'grants' law-makers and their enforcers and armed forces personnel their mandate to RULE SOME people on the land and to bear arms and control or punish or wage war etc. These being 'ruled' are the ones who vote for rule by 'someone' other than God, (man or woman) and they also expect or demand or require the armed forces protection of man because they do not BELIEVE that God exists or has the power to protect them. These people believe in demanding 'punitive justice be served' and in the waging of war against others. I need to also state that said Constitution does NOT permit the rule or control of or 'over' all mankind within ITS borders because there are 'some' who do not aspire to being ruled by armed men, nor do they require or ask for the protection of armed men because they BELIEVE that they must ONLY have their God as 'head of house' and as their protector. These people do NOT demand that 'punitive justice be served' nor in the waging of war against others. This is because they are ABSOLUTE PACIFISTS who 'bow' to the Command of their Lord God at all times and they ONLY believe in the education and rehabilitation of offenders who disturb the peace of the land. You need to thus READ and understand the implications within the 'Freedom of religion' texts of YOUR institutional Constitution because ITS rulings ONLY apply to YOU but not to those as myself. Why is this so? Because God via said Constitution states that the King or Emperor of other political heads ONLY have the right to rule the UNRULY who did or yet DO defy His "Peace & love & mercy & compassion & forgive" Command, being those who DO disturb the peace of the land and who DO carry out immoral practices and who DO themselves contravene His Command. Madam (Vanessa) - Any voter or person funding by taxes or other 'licence' fees and thus condoning and supporting and funding YOUR 'system' of RULE, control and punishment or war ARE the ones 'bound' by the Constitution or observed by THE constitutional Authority as being of the religious ideology of WAR, whereas those as myself who neither vote nor fund the punitive aspects of the 'system' are perceived by ITS 'rulings' to be of the CONTRA religious ideological belief of PEACE, and 'we' never interfere in other peoples affairs nor do we disturb the peace nor do we carry out immoral activities. So for your prosecutors or enforcers backed by armed men to 'detain' or interfere in 'our' PEACEFUL lives is an ILLEGAL, criminal and treasonable activity UNLESS we foolishly DO 'disturb the peace or involve ourselves in an immoral activity,' because IF we so do, it is PROOF to your 'men' that we are now of the SAME ideological belief (religious ideology) as are you and THUS we are to BE 'bound' by your punitive rules of engagement. No State rule/law or act applies to 'us' unless it is an ADVISORY notice such as: "Drive on the correct side of the road so as to not endanger others or yourself." Naturally we so do in order to remain pacifists who do not disturb the peace. We 'absolute pacifists' have the constitutional and God-given RIGHT to ignore 'rules' requiring the payment of a 'fee' to your system before we go fishing in the sea. IF we were to so do, we would be complicit to your monetary extortion from others. If I 'wish' to build a 'hut' on the hill or renovate my home I do NOT require to ask anyone for permission. (Council) Neither am I required to pay a $fee payment to obtain a 'permit' to so do. My business is my business and so 'guaranteed' by YOUR Constitution and MY conscience. (Examples only) I am simply bringing to your attention the FACT that the Constitution 'governing' and limiting the ACTIONS of State officials states: "NO State rule/law/decree overrides or overrules the Constitution 'Freedom of religion' ACTS":
The FACT of the 'assumption' by precedent 'set' by unconscionable or ignorant lawyers or prosecutors or magistrates does in NO way 'reconcile' them in any way with THE Sovereign power who perceives ALL 'anarchists' as requiring His 'attention,' and it is I His 'administrator' adjudicator to judge all and advise all of EXACTLY how and why and when HE the absolute RULER is to now bring all to punitive ACCOUNT within His immutable 'eye for an eye' Law. (Absolute justice) Your FIRST primary task is to alert and advise all police, prosecutions, magistrates and correctional services and fines enforcement services that at NO time must any person who is living in accordance with the clauses on page 2 above or here below be halted or interfered with. Any non-voter peaceful person who has NOT disturbed the peace who has been fined or incarcerated must have said 'records' removed or deleted. It is the time for everyone to comprehend that the Freedom of Religion ACTS were invoked to protect the peaceful because there are two 'opposing' or opposite or contra RELIGIOUS ideological doctrines (Systems of belief) which exist on earth, being that of punishment and WAR and the other of education and PEACE. Reference the difference between the ideologies of 'War or peace.'
It truly is now the time for the State judicial system to SEE 'how or what' its officials are actually doing that is making their actions ANTI-SOCIAL, illegal and TREASON, and thus placing themselves into a very dangerous 'quadrant' or position. This 'expose' is NOT for the purpose of bringing them to punitive account, but to assist them to SEE their error and coming terror so that they SEEK to begin to do the RIGHT thing. Some magistrates even refuse to 'hear' ones defence and simply state: "Shut up, I do not 'wish' to hear one word from you, render unto Caesar, and in THIS case, - - - go straight to jail." Many peaceful good citizens are being intimidated, coerced and threatened and forced to suffer ongoing mental and emotional trauma as are their family members as magistrates do their 'best' to extract money from their pockets on behalf of 'complainants' of the state. Each and every ONE of these magistrates have been advised of their error of 'thinking' in writing but they simply refuse to acknowledge this FACT through their liquid arrogance and THUS they give themselves NO 'chance' of avoiding God's WRATH now to descend upon their OWN heads. It is regrettable indeed that all 'enforcers' believe that a mandate, their uniform or an 'order' from a book of text can somehow void or avoid or nullify the LAW of EQUAL Return of God's energy in action and this error of belief is backed by the Police (Peace) army who are paid a wage BY the people to protect the citizen and uphold the PEACE. (Note - 5 - below) ~ Notes ~ Note - 1 - The NO vote RIGHT - It is ones civil, democratic and God-given Right granted unto man to NOT be forced at 'gunpoint' to vote for any person or institution to 'rule' them and to thus force them to BE defiant of the precepts of the Command of THE Creator. Also, persons 'wishing' to vote for an 'individual' to be their 'head of house' need to ask themselves: "Since the 'opposition' won the 'vote' count why do I 'permit' myself to BE ruled by their ideological doctrinal policies (religion) as 'Head of State' whose 'policies' I abhor, simply because he or she 'won' the 'Vote' by a small majority"? The resultant laws/rules/decrees imposed upon the 'minority' are a dictatorship in action backed by armed forces and punishment for any non-conformity, and are in direct conflict with, a denial of, and in contravention of the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts LIMITING State policy because, unasked for 'Policy' in respect of ones conscience or belief IS 'doctrine IMPOSED. As extracted for the document: - You need to comprehend that once you by 'vote or funding' support warmongers, that you are no longer 'classified' by God as being a peaceful person because you are NOT, you are employing armed forces to cause harm and havoc on your behalf.
