Dear Mr. Sholl, I need to make it VERY CLEAR to you, your directors and staff that in facilitating this matter on behalf of the ATO (Australian Taxation Office) you are entering into one of the most dangerous acts you have ever taken because your action requires you to IGNORE the 'Freedom of Religion' clause of the Australian Constitution (Act) when dealing with citizens of this land. In this 'case' you have already ignored that clause making you complicit in and GUILTY of CRIMINAL activities which constitutes TREASON against THE SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY and against the 'powers' granted to the 'legal' lads by THE CONSTITUTION. As a 'lawyer' it is your professional duty to THE PEOPLE of Australia as well as to your 'client,' the Australian Taxation Authority, to ENSURE that YOU have the 'facts' straight before you go forth and 'fire' both barrels of your 'gun' at a 'Lady of the Light' who IS a daughter of THE Creator as well as being within her RIGHTS. It is FORBIDDEN to use threat and coercion as the MEANS to extort money from ANY person, especially from a person who is GUARANTEED protection by THE SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY, - - - in this 'case' the guarantee is granted by 'whomsoever' upholds the CONSTITUTION of this land as well as by God THE FATHER who is the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY.
For your
information Mrs. Barnes is proven to be an
'absolute pacifist' and as
such is entitled, both by God AND the Constitution of
this land to so BE and, - - - as her
'religious ideological belief' and
conscience dictate that she
ONLY supports and funds benign
community effort, - - -

It also 'follows,' that NO subsequent legislation to
the invocation of the Freedom of Religion Act which
'conflicts' with her religious ideological
BELIEF has any 'authority or bearing' over her
activities. It is I Judge de Malaherre, to tell you that you have 'usurped' your mandate for the simple reason that you were too 'lazy' to read the Constitutional acts pertinent to this matter and which I give you here and now before continuing ON with my missive:
Mr. Sholl, your 'business' has grown exponentially due to your IGNORANCE of THE LAW and though you are yet UNAWARE of the devastating CONSEQUENCE, I can but hope that you are not a complete 'dope' and that you 'examine' MY 'findings' VERY closely before you go further with any 'report' to Craig Briggs the Commissioner of taxation or take any action to STEAL money from Mrs. Barnes.
Mr. Sholl, I would NOT be 'wasting' my time writing this to you UNLESS the consequence for you and many was of so such great an importance, albeit that currently only I can see IT, so I can but trust that FOR YOUR OWN SAKE you read it ALL. I am now in my 75th year and having spent all my 'life' - - - time judging the 'character' of many mortals, it is very sad that the 'conclusions' arrived at are that the 'elite' of society who greet each other with a 'smile' have such deep dark secrets unseen even by themselves that, although 'hidden' for so long now 'surface' and are to bring their 'reputation' crashing DOWN. Yes, the 'brothers' of the 'Mason Black' company who bring so many others to 'tears' and grave emotional trauma due to their own 'shonky' deals and ideals are now exposed by me for the WHOLE WORLD to see. What is it they DO which is so UNTRUE? It begins with a 'sweep' of their 'underhand' as they send out 'letters' in the 'post' having not only a coercive threat and a demand, but they give the recipient little or no 'recourse' of reply because the letter of demand has no 'persons' name or signature upon IT. Further there is not even the courtesy of an 'address' and this is simply because the 'elite' of whom I speak are in fact 'shallow, dark, callous and bleak,' for they ONLY a 'quick' $ seek and have NO 'mercy.' Yes, their 'business' ways ARE 'shonky' as they invoke FEAR in the souls of the recipients who 'wonder' at the 'claims' made upon them by the 'recoveriescorp' CLANSMEN and women. Why are these 'claimants' deemed by me to be shonky? Because their claims are illegitimate according to THE rules of the 'Statutes' which 'legal men' are 'supposed' to UPHOLD. How so? Mason Black officials 'misrepresent' themselves in the 'Our Values' section of their web site for in FACT they are NOT 'open or transparent' in their dealings with the community they are 'hounding,' nor do they treat others as they would like to be treated and it now simply remains to be seen if they will 'take responsibility for their very bad behaviour' towards Mrs. Barnes. The 'case' in 'question' today is the 'claim' demanding money from Mrs. Barnes and the 'claimants' state that they are 'acting' on behalf of the ATO. (Australian taxation Office) What or 'who' is the ATO? Is it not a 'Club' or the 'name' of an organisation? If so, how can IT a 'dead' ENTITY have any 'claim' against another? IT cannot. So in FACT the 'claim' is made by a living person working FOR the ATO institution, so why not put their name as THE CLAIMANT? People MUST now try and understand that they cannot any longer 'hide' behind a 'named organisation' for in the eyes of God we are ALL PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for the 'benign or malignant' NATURE of our ACTIONS and interaction with other children of God. Anyhow, as it is I to 'Judge' the destiny of EVERY soul in this and every Realm, I so do* after having enlightened them so that they CAN see their own 'criminality' and have a brief 'window' of TIME and opportunity to AMEND their ways before I bring DOWN My* ETERNAL 'Judgement' upon their 'sorry' HEADS. (** God's judgement) For your assistance in the matter I 'concede' that many years ago Mrs. Barnes was as 'all' a taxpayer due to living the false belief 'way' of all mankind imposed by erroneous biblical texts. (Render unto Caesar) It was only due to my revelations as God's sent Plenipotentiary that she, many years ago, having read my Testament to humanity realised that IF she continued to defy God's Command of 'Peace & love & mercy' in supporting and funding a CONTRA doctrine of interference, control of others, punishment and war, that all 'done' in her name and on her behalf made her COMPLICIT and placed her within the PUNITIVE aspect of God's IMMUTABLE Law: "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you by others." It was also my exposure of the TRUE meaning of the 'Freedom of Religion' Act which entitled her to 'change' her error of ways and become a TRUE 'Christian' in obeying the Command of her Creator, rather than the political 'wolves' who do keep everyone trapped in ERROR. As 'each' individual READS God's final message to humanity via my 'pen,' God's, they will also have the same opportunity as Mrs. Barnes to change their 'direction' and thus become a person LIVING their TRUE ideological belief as is their RIGHT and as IS Commanded by God and granted by God within the Constitution of this land and, - - - God 'help' anyone using threat, coercion or intimidation backed by force of arms to try and get them to change their religious ideological belief BACK to that of interference & merciless persecution as presently espoused by the ATO and yourself. You are presently COMPLICIT to the treasonable actions of officials of the ATO a department of the 'The Gov Club' of Australia, so to you, you and YOU, recipients of this NOTICE, please read the 3 relevant Links given below and then send a letter of apology reply to Mrs. Barnes with your names and signatures thereon so she can accept your sincere apologies. Any direct 'recipient' of this letter sent by ME who so 'fails' will by the Authority backing MY 'pen' be deemed 'guilty' of Treason against THE Sovereign Authority of this and every land, their GOD. All you took is taken, all you imposed is imposed upon you, all mental or emotional trauma suffered by your victims becomes your own suffering ahead. One CANNOT escape, for the energetic 'return' of the energy you used in your interaction is not controllable by YOU. God's benign or malignant ENERGY is a Law unto ITSELF. For every action there IS an equal and opposite reaction at the time and in the place IT so 'ordains,' be it immediately OR a thousand years ahead. IT is 'super intelligent,' NOT you. Once you have used IT the DARK energy and have some of IT within your soul IT sets out to annihilate YOU. Sad and sorry indeed IS THE FATE of everyone who defies God and used/uses the forbidden to use DARK ENERGY of God. For IT forgets naught and one can accrue an 'awful' lot of 'dues' in a lifetime of arrogance and ignorance. Why did God say: "Defy my Command and you will die in your sin"? Because IT, God's destructive dark energy, has NO conscience in that IT is absolute power and absolute deception etc., and IT keeps all those having any of ITS dark arrogant energy with their soul BLINDED to that FACT so that IT can destroy them for 'believing' that they are as MIGHTY as IT. Everyone IS 'fair game' to IT but you are NOT 'IT,' so all the 'interferers' who have been 'being IT in action' will now by IT be subjected to all the travail IT imposed upon others via said 'interferers.' All must amend their ways TODAY or prepare to 'suffer' on and on and ON forever in the dark lands below where NO love nor light nor mercy nor forgiveness exist. Why does God COMMAND 'mercy, love, compassion and forgiveness'? Because as you so DO you are using His benign energy and only IT returns to you within ITS 'eye for an eye' Law. ends
