Dear Commissioner I refer to your letter of 8 August 2013 and I assume your response is to my letter dated 16 July to Mr. Robert Ravanello ?

This epistle response is a reality check on absolute Truth and is written by me in an attempt to reach your 'reason' as I expose 'clarity' in various areas. In reference to your words:

"The statements and requests you make do not alter the taxation obligations imposed upon you by the legislation administered by the Commissioner of taxation."

I BELIEVE that herein I have now adequately explained the full reasons 'why' Mrs. C. Barnes has NO tax obligations within the legislation administered by the Commissioner of taxation.

In reference to your words:

"We have provided the relevant sections of relevant Acts which may assist you to fully understand your obligations."

I BELIEVE that I have fully clarified the situation which should enable you to understand that Mrs. C. Barnes has NO 'obligations' but that your 'office' does have an obligation to her.

Further to the above, I will do my very best to show you the reason for and error of the ways of men such as 'Rudd & Abbott' and presumably every 'tax collector' who find 'reason' to go about their daily business of extortion, deprivation, subjugation, interference, control, eviction, loss, deprivation and other means of imposing suffering upon those they see as being their LEGAL victims.

This they do with no 'qualms' or concerns for the 'loving & peaceful' way of living as Commanded by their Creator because their station of office appears to be 'above' and beyond all normal standards of morality.

There is a harsh stark reality which is that your 'job' is self appointed, being one wherein you BELIEVE that you can legitimately STEAL funds using "force of arms," and in so doing you thereby defy the authority granted unto you by the Constitution and God.

I can only assume that:

1 - You are either "dumb" and cannot READ or comprehend the words in the Constitution of Australia which clearly STATE that it is an illegal activity to try and coerce someone into changing their 'Religion.' (Ideological BELIEF or conscience).

2 - You are so "arrogant" that you BELIEVE you can do "what thou wilt" and not suffer the consequence even though in so doing it is you defying the Command of God and the Authority of the Constitution.

3 - You have NO "respect" for the BELIEFS or ideology of others as you seek to IMPOSE your BELIEFS and force them to fund your iniquity. You need to ask yourself: "Why is it so, am I deluded or am I being misled by my own thoughts or the advice of others"?

Sir, does the taxation Commissioner BELIEVE that he is above the Law of the Land and the Law of God: "As you do is done unto you"?

The problem for you is – which rules RULE?

You say one 'lot' and I say the other, and since you hold the power of the gun, you BELIEVE that you can DO "whatever you wish to" to enforce your rules legally or otherwise.

But either way, you are the ONE to PAY spiritually because, if you choose to disobey your own number 'One' RULE (the Constitution) then you truly are foolish and deserve all you get from God as you use FORCE to steal from Mrs. Barnes. This is in contravention of your own rules and the Command of God.

The rules of man and their beliefs are 'changeable' to suit their mental and emotional needs, wants, desires, but THE LAW of the Creator is NOT say I.

People in positions of power in your institution make up rules enabling them to use you to steal endless sums of money. Money used to fund activities which according to my 'Book' are in contravention of God's Command and in opposition to the BELIEF held by Mrs. Barnes, and she is entitled and guaranteed protection from persecution to live her religious ideological BELIEF as long as she is a peaceful and moral person.

If you now attempt to throw a 'Latter day book of rules' at her face stating that said rules give you IMMUNITY from God's Law and mans' Laws then you are misguided for SURE.

~ The coercive threat ~

When you say "cough up or else," what you are actually saying is "Live by our BELIEF or we will hound you and even kill you."

You need to understand that you can do whatever you wish to IF you are JUSTIFIED to so do by erroneous legal advice or, by using the wrong set of rules.

WHY? Because it is your personal CHOICE to so do, either because of the position of authority or office you hold which gives you a sense of security or, because of pure arrogance and defiance of your Creator.

I, as a simple, but honest voice for 'reason' can ONLY alert you to the grave dangers ahead for you. We all need to understand that we are absolutely free to make choices but, we should also understand that we are all held responsible for said choices by God.

As you can see Michael it all comes down to BELIEF - - - God Commands and dictates on the ONE hand, and on the other, man dictates and Commands. BOTH God and man have opposing requirements one being PEACE and the other being control, manipulation, extortion, punishment, eviction and WAR.

The Constitutional authority which you "Lads" are happy to ignore gives man the CHOICE to follow their own BELIEF, but YOU do not give anyone that CHOICE.

Why? – because you keep threatening and coercing and adding penalties so as to try and force Mrs C.B. to bow to YOUR dictates, the consequence of which is, that you try to force her to follow your BELIEF (system) which is CONTRA hers.

You lads also defy your own book of rules as you state and BELIEVE that latter day (1953) Statutes override the Primary Rules of Engagement of the Constitution of Australia, and I say that you are very ignorant, arrogant or just foolish because of GREED and feelings of POWER as you state that: "In the past, courts of the land always overrode the Constitution," as if that is something to be proud of!

Surely you can see this FACT of overriding of the Constitution is PROOF that anarchy and treason exists in high places? What can I do to help you? Every time I write a letter in defence of sanity, rationality and reason, a different person from your 'office' is elected to threaten & coerce Mrs C. Barnes.

Are you all ILLITERATE? Can you not comprehend that the Constitution of Australia is the RULING 'factor,' and IS the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT between officials of the government organisation and THE PEOPLE?

You have the BELIEF that any 'latter day' tax Acts can or does overrule the Freedom of Religion clause (Act) of the Australian Constitution, and in some cases you are CORRECT, but ONLY as long as the ATO 'victim' is a 'voter & taxpayer,' and THUS of the same 'interfering, controlling, subjugating, taxing, punitive and warring' Religious ideology as the officials and enforcers of the institution.

~ The NO 'vote' Right ~

It is my 'pen' to reveal unto YOU and all government officials that NON voters and NON taxpayers who have the opposite and PEACEFUL Religious ideology do NOT 'belong' to your institution and do NOT have to vote nor fill out tax returns nor pay any taxes as they are NOT a 'Party' member. However, as your institution has seized control of every aspect of society, including those benign services available, non 'Party' members may use said benign facilities.

Party members of the institution of 'Caesar' (State) rely on its forces for PROTECTION rather than their God, and that is the ISSUE here at stake, for in the 'protection' aspect government forces cause great harm & suffering to other children of God, and Absolute Pacifists cannot condone, support nor fund this anti-god activity.

As I 'read it,' the Freedom of Religion clause still stands 'inviolable' and in no 'way' has been 'downgraded' or superseded by any 'latter day' 1953 Taxation Act, but, - - -

What I do see is that because this Act has the 'proviso' of ONLY applying to a peaceful or moral person, that a 'voter or taxpayer' cannot claim ANY 'immunity' from persecution or taxation using said Freedom of Religion clause because:

1 - by 'vote' they support and condone the controlling, invasive, punitive and warring actions of the officers of the organisation against other children of God making them complicit to 'disturbing the peace' of others and causing them harm, loss, deprivation of liberty, eviction, banishment, impoverishment etc., and this is aggressive and IMMORAL conduct.

2 – In paying taxes a voter is funding the controlling, invasive, punitive and warring actions of the officers of the organisation against other children of God, and are also complicit to 'disturbing the peace' of others and causing them harm, loss, deprivation of liberty, eviction, banishment, impoverishment etc., and this is aggressive and IMMORAL conduct.

3 – Thus a voter or taxpayer is of the SAME 'Ideological belief' and Religious 'affiliation' as that of the officers of your Institution and thus any voter or taxpayer CANNOT claim 'immunity' from persecution or protection from MAN or GOD.

Mrs Barnes ceased being a voter or taxpayer some 17 years ago once she UNDERSTOOD the message from God contained within The Testament of Truth, and her NEW and 'changed' Religious ideological affiliation is that of ABSOLUTE PACIFISM.

She is now no longer a financial 'contributor' to your institution and thus is not required to fill out and 'lodge' any tax returns for the purpose of taxation submission.

She is now no longer 'complicit' to the control over the lives of others VIA the government system and she is ENTITLED to claim immunity and protection as guaranteed within the Constitution and God in living HER contra 'Absolute Pacifism' BELIEF wherein she NEVER harms others either personally nor uses paid 'servants' of State to so do in her name or on her behalf.

We BELIEVE that the government is OUT OF CONTROL and leading all into CHAOS and "bankruptcy" and certain death and destruction through being ungodly and defiant of God.

We BELIEVE that all officials make up their OWN decisions, decisions which are in conflict with their own rules and, that these decisions are NOT in the best interest of THE PEOPLE but are in fact the cause of great suffering, loss and hardship and therefore we BELIEVE that we do not wish to FUND your policy because it:

1 - Makes us complicit to the suffering imposed on other people by your officials.

2 - It is a contravention of God's Command to cause loss and harm to others.

3 - In supporting and funding your policy it makes us defiant of God.

4 - We BELIEVE that it is God who rules, NOT the rules of man.

5 - According to your own Constitution of Australia 'Policy' we/she should receive immunity from persecution as long as we do not disturb the peace of the land.

6 - If you persecute us for living our BELIEF then it is YOU disturbing the peace and you defying the Constitution of Australia and you are also being defiant of God.

Try and SEE that you still BELIEVE that latter day taxation Acts (1953) or other can legally overrule the Authority bequeathed unto man by the Constitution. Please read NOTE – 2 at the end of this document wherein is stated:

This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State;

If any Judge has 'overruled' a tax exemption 'claim' by someone using the Freedom of Religion clause, then it is obvious to me that IN THE EYES OF GOD the 'claimant' was of the SAME religious ideology of the officials of the Institution irrespective of what they were stating. Thus God 'overruled' the mind of the judge and gave HIS 'verdict.'

There are "other" BELIEFS which you must now consider, - - a very obvious one being the ERROR of BELIEF of many people in positions of POWER, backed by force of ARMS, who decided that it was/is their 'right' to defy God, ignore their OWN ruling 'Constitutional' authority, and raise up any decree or act which enables them to extort endless sums of money FROM THE PEOPLE, and via said 'Acts' control the lives of others.

There is a 'fresh' policy soon to escalate as officials transport and incarcerate and punish and disadvantage and cause mental and emotional trauma to thousands of refugees (boat people) seeking shelter, and THAT POLICY is in contravention of MY BELIEF and God's Command. It is a 'policy' which I and 'she' have a RIGHT to NOT fund nor support.

Where to NOW?

I refer to Taxation Administration 1953, 255-5 (2) wherein it states: "- - - a Deputy Commissioner may sue in his or her official name to recover moneys in a court - "

As God's plenipotentiary I need to alert you to hidden dangers in reference to 'someone' enabled by a RULE in a 'book' to use their name in a court as being the officiator of a punitive ACTION against someone, and I state:

"God sees NO 'badge of office' nor 'wage' taken within an institution as nullifying HIS LAW. All are subjects of God and subjected to His Law which is in operation at all times and in all situations, and simply is 'the return due' accrued by our benign or malicious action or interaction with another child of God."

So, - - whomsoever "signs the docket" enabling the hounds of hell to run free and persecute anybody place their own soul into the absolutely JUST JUSTICE aspect of the punitive aspect of God's Law.

So, - - if you persecute Mrs C. Barnes then 'brother' all I can say is: "I cannot pray for your soul for it will help you not one "iota" because you will suffer the same fate as you impose on 'she' and all the mental and emotional stress your mob is already guilty of imposing upon her will be suffered by you ahead."

Your OWN rules stipulate the FREEDOM of Religious BELIEF, ideology etc., and forbids people from "disturbing the peace." So "bro" your morals are more than questionable.

Your reference to the past 'judgements' reference the Constitution of Australia is but ANOTHER coercive threat, and I am NOT a "puppy" for I AM who I AM. The whole world will see the court results if it is to so be as my web pages are 'God's' to EXPOSE the ongoing INIQUITY and the treason by officialdom. Via my pen our God exposes all to educate humanity. (The lost sheep)

What more can I say? Any steps forward by your office to extort or steal or impoverish or demean Mrs C Barnes is being observed by God and He is THE ONE to IMPOSE His 'Will' upon those whom He sees as "walking in error." I can assure you that it is not SHE, Mrs. C. Barnes, His daughter.

If you place your bets on the findings of solicitors rather than the Command of God and the Constitution of Australia, you are foolish. You need to see that neither you nor your legal advisors are above the Law of the Land (Constitution) and neither are they above the Law of God. You Sir are in contravention of the Command of God and the Laws (Rules) of Australia.

Michael, the BELIEF in the RIGHT to 'stand over tactics,' threats and coercion, and the use of force to STEAL or TAKE is immoral and error.

God 'son' is errant man to now BREAK as revealed by my pen. (His) It appears to me that you have 'sat' in 'high office' for so long and been so absorbed in books of rules which give you the JUSTIFICATION to be cruel, unkind, immoral etc., that you can no longer see REASON.

"Jesus" awoke Matthew out of his 'reverie' and as the same spirit of truth exists now in my 'flesh,' I truly HOPE that I can 'awaken' and thus 'save' even one of you from a fate worse than death, believe you me.

Man does need the provision of Services, but man has the choice to ONLY fund the provision of benign services. Equally, if people wish to pay for 'protection' and wish to fund the malignant services of destruction or punishment etc., then that is their choice.

I can but add, it is NOT for you to use force and coercion to make everyone fund INIQUITY and thus force them to become unfaithful to their Creator.

~ The meaning of religious belief ~

The error in the 'thinking' of man around the issue of freedom to BE or not to BE reference 'religion' is to do with the IDEOLOGY of 'Peace or War.'

IT has naught to do with the words: 'Catholic, Islam, Buddhist Christian' etc., for these are but organizational CLUBS, and as you see, both 'Rudd and Abbott ' profess to be Christians, but their daily 'lived' IDEOLOGY is that of atheism. (Non believers in a God, thus they believe that they do not have to 'live' the Command of 'love one another' in the 'course' of their duty to State)

Ones religious IDEOLOGY is solely to DO with the 'quality' or 'nature' of ones ACTIVITY or 'interaction with others,' be IT merciful, kind and benign or merciless, cruel and malignant.

Your Institution provides services, some of which are benign and good and some are malignant, controlling and BAD according to the BELIEF held by Mrs. Barnes, and therefore proven to be of a different 'religious ideology' to hers.

To be able to claim immunity from persecution and prosecution from your office, she must neither vote (support) nor fund by tax payments (pay the wages) of those as you and other forceful, controlling and punitive aspects of your institution of taxation as it stands and operates today.

Why so? Because she cannot pay the wages of people who, even as she sleeps, would be going forth in her name and on her behalf causing harm, injury or loss to other children of God.

Why so? Because she BELIEVES that she must obey God's Command to "Forgive one's perceived enemy" and to "only go her way in peace and love one another and be merciful and compassionate."

Thus the different ideologies (religion) which you need to acknowledge as EXISTING, and this aspect is explained further in the notes 1, 2, 3 below.

For your office or staff to threaten and try and coerce and thereby force a peaceful person into joining and supporting a warring system is forbidden, and it is punishable by man and God.

Your present actions are treason and anarchy albeit you see IT not, for you BELIEVE that your 'station' in life 'permits' you and exonerates you from THE LAW and IT does NOT say I the Plenipotentiary of THE MOST HIGH.

As said, we need the provision of benign services, but we must not be forced into funding or upholding any service which goes against one's conscience and which is in contravention of the precepts of God's Command.

At present, free movement over the globe is restricted because men in power seized control of land masses as their forces roamed in boats, bearing arms, and took by force.

Once man sees this error of way and ideology, (religious belief) they will cease to support it and all barriers will come down and man will rely on God for protection rather than the GUN.

My task for God is to 'prepare the way,' so that all begin to withdraw from funding iniquity and therefore halt their own suffering from accruing daily, due to the immutable Law of God aspect.

Let reason prevail. Please try and now see that Mrs. Barnes, who as all others, was a voter and tax payer, has now shown God and man that she has amended her ways and therefore no longer fellowships with warmongers as she simply goes her way in PEACE as her God Commands, and therefore she can no longer vote, nor fund a controlling, punitive organization.

It is the time now for mankind to understand that the use of God's Light or Dark ENERGY is 'free,' but it is just like the 'tide' which flows in and out EQUALLY. Thus as God's energy flows though you in your interaction as you put benign or malignant energy OUT, IT simply RETURNS another day EQUALLY. (As you sow you reap)

Both 'Rudd & Abbott' profess by mouth to be 'Christians,' and both attend the Christian 'Club,' (Church) but they are forced by RULES to defy their God and they actively invoke more rules enabling more defiance of God, and every taxpayer and voter becomes COMPLICIT and ahead, everyone becomes more bound, impoverished and, -

Regrettably, when they 'fight' ahead to stave off their karmic suffering within the Law of God they draw IN more and more SIN, (dark energy) and the destiny of their soul becomes more abysmal and further away from the Light.

I BELIEVE that in order to satisfy my God and His Command, that I must only contribute to the benign aspects of societal provision of services because I BELIEVE that if I contribute 'tax' money to the State coffers that I would in fact be paying the wages of the enforcers.

This would not only make me complicit to all the suffering that they impose upon others in the course of their duty to the ‘rules of engagement’ that dictate their actions, but would result in me automatically placing myself within the punitive aspect of God's Law: "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you," and God would see me as a 'faithless' mortal for seeking the protection of men rather than from Him.

~ The 'Monarchical' RIGHT ~
Spiritual Truth – Render unto Caesar

The 'inner' SIN power of the Source has the 'Right' to IMPOSE Its 'will' and retributive force upon all ITS 'slaves.' (Sin power – Being the dark destructive energy essence of the Source which has 'grown' as a cancer within the soul of man – the negative emotions)

It is thus that THE 'Sin' energy (vanity, pride, arrogance, greed) within Kings and Queens which gives them the BELIEF in their 'Right of assumption' of their own feelings of 'divine' superiority.

So in FACT it is the DARK energy of God which over ages of time they drew IN to their souls which is giving them the 'Right to enslave' and 'subject' THE PEOPLE to their domination, subjugation, oppression and punishment.

It is my 'pen' which has exposed the reality that the Dark energy essence of God has everyone 'enslaved' to IT, and they now believe that as IT, they are 'God' with the 'Just' power and authority to BE 'God in action' and impose His punitive 'eye for an eye' WILL upon everyone and 'somehow' avoid the 'comeback' within ITS 'eye for an eye' LAW.

A grave ERROR of assumption indeed say I.

The 'government' of every land is a 'Caesar' style organisation being a Dark Establishment placed by God to 'head' His earthly regimes and to control all for being errant non-believers and, - - -

As they all 'bow' to His ruling dictates enshrined as 'edicts' in text books, they all accrue a daily painful spiritual due. Why? Because said rules FORCE all to walk in the DARK aspect of His Law, and He keeps them all on the road to perdition for either personally being SWINE or for condoning, supporting and funding other SWINE.

Let it BE clearly understood, there are but a 'handful' presently on earth with a heavenly destination, all the others happily singing and clapping their hands and praising 'Jesus' or any other ARE ALL ON THE WIDE ROAD TO HELL.

Man sees not that THE DARK ENERGY is God's energy, thus IT is above the Law, but those using IT in their interfering, controlling, taxing, subjugation or punitive interaction with others are NOT above THE LAW of the ENERGY.

This Law is immutable and it is absolute Justice in operation when IT via YOU or others imposes ITS 'Return' upon a person's head and fills them with FEAR & DREAD.

As every voter or taxpayer is supporting and funding this DARK 'way' it follows that they daily accrue a spiritual DUE of suffering until or unless they amend their ways.

This daily DUE being accrued is a 'Debt unto Caesar' (the dark establishment of God on earth) must thus be 'rendered unto Caesar' so to speak. What is the 'literal' meaning of said debt or OBLIGATION one is forced to meet?

It literally MEANS that: As ones paid servants (state forces) have extorted money from others and interfered in their lives and caused them loss and mental and emotional stress and physical harm, it follows that the 'debt' owed to Caesar (God's earthly commander – or Rudd or Abbott etc.) is a return of suffering, loss or injury upon the head's of THE PEOPLE for their complicity to the suffering and loss etc., which was imposed by their forces upon others.

This RETURN is simply God's Law in action through the hands of the ignorant.

It follows that until the DEBT IS PAID, that the 'hounds of Hell' being State enforcers will persecute a person until the 'records' in God's 'Scales of Justice' ARE balanced. (e.g. one has amended ones ways in no longer supporting Caesar and has suffered their return 'eye for an eye' dues in non-retaliation)

How then does one actually 'extract' oneself from the dues owed to Caesar? (God) Does one 'cough up' moneys demanded? NO. Why? Because in so doing you are STILL funding the dark system. This applies to 'fines' also. One must never pay fines but simply 'suffer' any alternative imposed.

If you pay ANY monetary dues or 'taxes' demanded or give your support to the DARK system in any way you CONTINUE to accrue a DUE.

If you factually have any remaining dues to God (Caesar or state) then his forces will pursue their 'claims' by evicting you or selling you up or worse.

That then is their 'choice' and your 'dues' and you the individual seeking 'spiritual freedom' must simply remain peaceful and non-retaliatory as you show God that you remain within the precepts of His Command in the understanding that ONLY by so doing do you show God your fidelity to HIM and, - - - you understand that NO person will be coming to sell you up unless HE sends them.

It follows that the 'render unto Caesar' requirement is NOT the giving in to the never-ending monetary demands of Caesar, but is simply the 'suffering' you must endure to PAY your accrued karmic dues to God as you withdraw your support of the DARK sovereign power and ITS 'warring' UNGODLY ways as you become a TRUE believer.

The Dark establishment 'cloaks' itself in the guise of a BENIGN services provider and protector of THE PEOPLE, but in FACT, it is the merciless 'Reaping force' ARM of God which imposes ITS 'Martial Law' (Rules) upon all ITS serfs and keeps them bound eternally in servitude and ongoing suffering for their infidelity to God's Command.

All state 'enforcers' and tax collectors and THE PEOPLE who fund and support them are the BLIND being led by the MIND of the Dark Sovereign Power (God) and He keeps them all 'believing' in their RIGHT to FIGHT and to use His 'forbidden to use' DARK ENERGY so that He can then 'legally' within His 'eye for an eye' LAW crush their souls into 'oblivion' and eternal AGONY for defiance of His Command to:

"Love one another"

What in FACT is a deeper implication of the above? It means that every religion is in error of teaching for all preach 'forgiveness for sin' in the false 'assumption' that the crucifixion of Jesus or others nullified the karmic debts owed by THE PEOPLE to God within THE LAW of God, when in FACT, no person can pay for the spiritual dues of another and thus nullify or 'void' or avoid the implementation of THE Law of God.

What in FACT is another deep implication of the above? It is that every tax collector is in fact a 'Reaper of God' who in 'punishing' a person accrues a similar suffering DUE to God in the process. Woe and more woe upon the heads of the IGNORANT who continue to defy God and deny the LIGHT shining forth from this pen sent to release all from bondage to the dark overlord.

What in FACT is yet another deep implication of the above? Any tax collector or other enforcement official who is imposing 'rules, decrees, acts' upon another and thus interfering in their life or controlling, subjugating, taxing, punishing or waging war upon another is a person who is defiant of God and they are 'operating' ILLEGALLY as they use God's 'forbidden to use' dark energy and they are walking the wide road to hell and they place themselves within the punitive aspect of God's immutable Law with great suffering as their coming FATE.

~ The 'overriding' Factor ~

The 'factor' presently unseen by man which exerts an invisible CONTROL over the mind of 'sinners,' (those having ITS dark energy within) and which enables state officials and prosecutors and other persecutors to 'overrule the rules' of their institution and their conscience, is the Dark energy essence of the Source (God) which has a 'super conscious' MIND of its OWN, and this energy KNOWS the 'dues' of suffering OWED to IT by everyone.

Thus when a person becomes enlightened by my message from the LIGHT of God (Creative and benign energy essence) and halts their support of, and funding of iniquity, and they go their way in peace as absolute pacifists, they at that moment may NOT have yet paid up all their outstanding DUES to God which they accrued in the past and, - - -

The 'intelligence' of the Dark Sovereign Power (God) overrides the RIGHTS of the enlightened 'citizen,' and IT uses ITS earthly forces to continue to persecute and cause loss or harm and emotional trauma to the enlightened one UNTIL said Dark Power is SATISFIED that ITS 'Scales of Justice' have been balanced. This is:

The ABSOLUTE JUSTICE of God.

(An 'eye for an eye - as you did do is done unto you')

Only then is the one who continues to live as an absolute pacifist in NON-retaliation set FREE from ITS 'clutches,' and is no longer to be harassed or injured or imposed upon.

During this TIME where the persecution continues, the 'oppressors' keep the 'pressure' of coercion and threat ON, as the Dark Super Power VIA their minds attempts to get the 'freedom seeker' to come BACK into ITS fold.

Thus the 'seeker of salvation' has to do their very BEST to NOT 'succumb' to any demands and to NOT 'give in' to any threats or their own fears during this time of ongoing suffering, loss, harm, eviction etc., in the KNOWLEDGE that; as soon as their TRIAL of 'dues settlement suffering' is over, that they will be left in PEACE by God as well as His Dark earthly forces. I now add a few words around our all knowing God being:

When you the individual decide that you wish to amend your ways and BE 'saved' by the great outpouring of Light now taking place which is purging souls, (God's grace) and you decide to no longer either vote nor pay taxes as you also OBEY the Command of God in every way and become an absolute pacifist, - - - you are hereby advised by God that you are NOT required to inform the Taxation office or any officials of the governing institution of your change of ideology (religion) because your God already knows of your decision.

You need to understand from TODAY that we all stand directly before our God eternally from the day He ~ She by their eternal 'union' created us with their energy, and it is thus that you can twist and weave as much as you like but you cannot deceive God, only others or yourself.

The day you bravely halt your own use of dark energy and stop paying the wages of others who use IT, then and only then do your 'suffering' dues to be met no longer 'mount,' and you can then know that ahead, once 'endured' and paid in non-retaliation, that you will reach the top of the mountain from which you 'fell' aeons ago.

As insanity and chaos now erupt over the planet, know ye that it is the punitive 'arm' of God in action via the minds of the vain and arrogant so 'fear' them not. Only fear your God for HE via them is setting you free from your past iniquity, but, ONLY if you do not retaliate. If you retaliate, then in so doing, you accrue a further spiritual due and you infuse your own soul with more of His dark energy, and your soul will 'die' and eternally cry as IT falls into the abyss of agony.

My task for the Light of God (She) is to reveal this TRUTH for Her, so that all those empowered by rules or their own consciousness have the opportunity to extract themselves from the web of deceit and HALT their own daily accrued DUES to HIM the Almighty ONE. It is HE who becomes and is THE ENEMY of ALL whom defy Him.

As HE 'sees & knows' ALL - none can WIN who defy His Command.

Please amend your ways now and become merciful, compassionate, peace, loving and forgiving.

Summarising the facts given – Neither I nor Mrs. Barnes can deny our BELIEF in 'Peace at all times and in all situations,' being the basis of our religious ideology.

I for one would also be denying my conscience. This I would surely do if I funded the coffers of an institution having the proven contra ideological BELIEF of "Control, interference, extortion, punishment, impoverishment, banishment, eviction, destruction and War."

Given our BELIEF and the overriding 'factor' within the Constitution of the land, neither Clemencia nor I should be ‘coerced’ nor punished for factually living our ideological BELIEF.

Once God 'releases' His 'golden web pages' globally and THE PEOPLE comprehend the causes of their ongoing suffering through funding INIQUITY, then many of them will step back and withdraw their funding of warring systems of government.

Now is the time for man to reflect on the words "God's protection," for when you rely on the 'promise' of an institution such as a government 'order' to protect you from 'harm,' then you are relying on the strength of man's ARMS to protect you, seeing NOT that you accrue a further 'due' of suffering because, whenever a man protects you they are causing harm to another and, - - - as they are being paid a 'wage' by you to so do, you are complicit and can never become 'Free' from misery.

How then can God protect you? When you abide in God's LIGHT and OBEY His Command, then you are always kind and loving and peaceful and respectful and merciful, compassionate and forgiving, and you NEVER fight nor cause pain. Thus within the LAW of God you ONLY receive a benign return and NO person is ever inspired by GOD and His forces to hunt you down, evict or persecute you or harm you. Do you understand?

Those who vote for 'men' to lead and uphold the rules of institutions are 'obliged' to bow to the rules of said institutions. IF you wish to live by your own 'policy' which IS your democratic RIGHT to so do, then you do NOT have to obey ANY of the rules of said company 'policy' for NONE apply to you but, - - - you must live according to God's Command.

I refer now to page 1 wherein I stated: " - - - your 'office' does have an obligation to her." I clarify that obligation now being:

"You need to acknowledge her withdrawal from being a 'Party member' of and fellowshipping with your organisation by accepting this FACT in the knowledge that it is her prerogative to so do and, - - - thus you OBEY the 'instruction' of your own 'Company' policy rules as contained within ITS Constitution and you now also OBEY your God as you halt your persecution of her and you apologise to her for any 'hurt' or mental or emotional trauma which you have already subjected her to.

Your present 'actions' show God and man that you are not a 'gentleman,' and if you cannot do the above then for sure you are not a 'man' either, and your God will reduce you to NOTHINGNESS."

~ Our judiciary: 23. Australian courts ~

23.1 What role do the courts play in Australian governance? Australia's system of courts is the third arm of Australian governance and is known as the Judiciary.

The role of the Judiciary is to:

apply the law as made by the Parliament

where necessary, interpret the laws made by Parliament

ensure that laws comply with the Australian Constitution

review the decisions of the executive arm of governance (ministers, public servants and tribunals).

I reiterate, as the ROLE of the Judiciary is to check EACH 'case' against the Constitution, it follows that any 'action' taken by any government enforcer which is in contravention of the Constitutional Authority of the RULE BOOK of their governing organisation is a person 'Guilty' of Treason within their own text book.

NOTE – 2

Note: valid law * - The implication being that State law is valid unless it is overruled by a Commonwealth Law such as the ‘Freedom of religion’ Act, is an Act that is only 'valid' to those who have not disturbed the peace of the land.

It follows that the 116 'Freedom of Religion' Clause giving immunity and protection to those who wish to live by their BELIEF, as long as they do not disturb the peace, clearly overrides any latter day Act. It is the issue of ‘tax’ that is the point in contention here.

Clause 5 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act says: Operation of the Constitution and laws [see Note 3] This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State.

And: In the Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia, Section 330 titled "Its Interpretation," John Quick and Robert Randolph Garran say:

"In the exercise of the duty of interpretation and adjudication not only in the High Court, but every court of competent jurisdiction, has the right to declare that a law of the Commonwealth or of a State is void by reason of transgressing the Constitution.

This is a duty cast upon the courts by the very nature of the judicial function. The federal Parliament and the State Parliaments are not sovereign bodies; they are legislatures with limited powers; and any law which they attempt to pass in excess of those powers is no law at all it is simply a nullity, entitled to no obedience."

The 'Freedom of Religion' Clause

It behoves all those in 'power' to understand the meaning of the Constitutional ACT below because from IT they obtain their 'operational' mandate.

I base my defence and that of Mrs. Barnes upon the RULING Acts in the Tasmanian & Australian Constitutions and the validity or otherwise of the claim against us hinges upon the interpretation of the word 'Religion' as well as the interpretation of the following Australian and Tasmanian Constitutional Acts:

Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9^th July 1900) section 116

"The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, -

Constitution Act 1934 (Tas)

This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

Part V – General provisions – Religious freedom

46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious BELIEF.

In order to 'prove' and 'Judge' the case at hand one way or the other, one first needs to understand the meaning of the words 'Freedom of Religion' and how they are applicable to citizens of Australia and every land mass on earth.

Equally important to understand and accept is that on this ‘material’ level, the overriding power of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9^th July 1900) section 116 supersedes all subsequent legislation.

Section 116 of this Act is a general prohibition applying to all laws and subsequent legislation, under whatever powers these laws have been made. It does not compete with other provisions of the Constitution and it prevails over all laws and limits all provisions which give power to make laws. Accordingly no law can escape the application of s 116 and all legislative powers are subject to the condition which s 116 imposes.

Equally, the Constitution Act 1934 (Tas) and its Part V – General provisions "Religious freedom" applies to every State of Australia. Section 117.
