An ISP is not a "newspaper or magazine" that does a story print and is thus responsible for the "news" out of their "mint." Thus any society that "backs" any such fraudulent financial claim off an ISP for "holding" documents that may any other defame, is a society blind, and what the ISP "defendant" needs to see is that there is no "defense" against insanity. No, if any makes any demand upon you to "pay up" or "shut up" any client to whom you should be true, then all you can say is: "I do not "accept" your demands off me for "ours" is a democratic society. "If you have any complaint against any client then please direct your "dissatisfaction" direct to them, for we cannot and will not be defiant to God's sacred pen that says: "Individually we must only sow positivity." So if you would "fine us" using the false "course" of man's law, then we will just take the punishment, being the alternative to paying any $ fine for sure. We will have no "defense" in the Court. And if "flack" directed by others to their clients or them caused the ISP any inconvenience, they thus "per their clauses" found it "easier" to "legally" shut down a client account than be exposed to either letters of complaint, or litigation from "avengers" or the "disgruntled" who sought to use the "power" of the ISP as their "mace." In the beginning of the New Age of enlightenment when all "remaining" on earth have heeded God's Sage, every ISP will comply to this directive from our God up high that is to be used in conjunction with the following ISP letters that refer to the Service Provider Community. The Terms and conditions will be simple: The ISP will provide a quality service as it does abide with the "best practice" listed on this web site. Let us the public make the change if we see some Internet "streets" or "library content" untrue. Let us the public be true to our children and cut off the phone line if needs be, so that until a "certain" age they cannot "play" with those we think may be swine. Let us teach our young to sing and play and learn to type rather than on the Internet go "click - click - click" night and day. As said, personal responsibility is the way to go, not make the ISP into a "secret service" that limits the new highway that is indispensable to you and me. Try and understand that under any 'guise,' if you take money off any other by virtue of the fact that you can control them by "withholding" your service or 'product' unless the "user/purchaser" pays a service tax fee of 10% or so, that you thus do incur a spiritual debt and are 'sowing your seeds' of bondage in the dark. All community endeavors must from now on be funded by the “free giving” donations of the community. As a “manufacturer or trader,” if you “add” to the value of goods passing through your hands by taking “sales tax” or any other tax take on behalf of the Taxation Department prior to onward selling, then you too are a ‘thief in disguise’ who is surrogately “employed” by the tax department either through your own fear of reprisal from them, or your false belief that what you do is right in God’s eyes. ~ Court advisory note ~ You do not worship the Devil and thus you must not so do in Court, meaning that you do NOT address the magistrate as "Your Worship," or "Your Honor" as you may be told to do. For "he" is the spokesman for the Devil operating in a system thought to be the "norm." You must only give the Devil his "due" respect in that HE is doing what HE is self-empowered to do which is to bring all defaulters to account. Thus, prior to entering the court you will see the name of the magistrate on the notice board and address him courteously as you would an erring brother saying "Mr. Wilson" if that is his name. The first "hearing" you attend is but an 'committal' hearing in that if you plead 'guilty' you are given your "just" deserts then. If you plead "not guilty" then they will set another day a month or so away or say; "As this is your first offence would you like 90 days adjournment to find a good lawyer?" To which you would reply "No I do not need an adjournment." They will then set a day for the full hearing at which time they will have to call in witnesses from the taxation department etc. Prior to the above your name will be called and you will stand before the magistrate and the court clerk will read out the charges. The magistrate will then say, "Do you plead guilty or not guilty to the said charges." You will say "I make no plea either way as these charges are false, I can but make a statement of fact to the court." The magistrate will then say "But you MUST plead one way or the other." Or "Why do you say these charges are false." You will respond "I do not have to plead one way or the other and can only say I am not guilty of any offence in God's eyes pertaining to the matter in question." He may then again say. "I am NOT interested in God's judgement I am only interested in eliciting a response from you, ARE YOU guilty or NOT guilty." You must state as before "I am not guilty of any offence in God's eyes pertaining to the matter in question." He may then say, "Well what have you to say on this matter." You then say "I can but deliver to you a statement of fact that I have written down and can read it to you." He may then just say "You will return here on another day with your solicitor" and set a date. On that day you will stand before him alone and after all the prosecution witnesses have said their bit and it is your turn to speak your case you will read out your statement to the magistrate and leave it at that. Remember, the "Dark" side of God already knows the content of this note and HE is very 'smart' and HE can say anything through the mind of the magistrate. So just play it by ear and be polite but firm and steady. For what none can see, is that the Devil is using the "ploy" of man's acts to extract past spiritual dues from you and at the same time "trap" those judging you. Thus any judgement is payment* for those past spiritual dues* and you must "go as a lamb to the slaughter" to free your soul from this past debt. Note: payment* & dues* - The 'payment & dues' are not to be 'paid' if they are a 'fine,' for this payment would become a further 'due' accrued for supporting 'swine.' You must refuse to so do and then take the alternative. Be it incarceration or 'theft by servant' of your goods and chattels for non payment. ~ Tax and False Pretences ~ Man is born into a "System" untrue, and to date some "believed" that they were "somehow" mandated by God to do what they so "openly" do. But all "forgot" what God did say, being that none must "find" a reason to take from any other on any day. Thus as you "enjoy" your position of "trust" as a policeman, soldier, tax collector, magistrate or politician and "penalize" defaulters, you "halter" your own soul that is being used by the dark one to abuse. Can you not "see" that "justifiable" extortion or abuse is still "no excuse" in the eyes of God, and all who defy/deny the "Only love" Commandment do not only spiritually die, but do Reap what they did personally Sow as their soul is thrust below where the true meaning of "dark dungeons" and torture you get to know. ~ The Devil's Tax ~ There is a force way way below that via the mind of man does its "extortionist" ways bestow upon the human race who deserve its imposition of disgrace.
