~ The LAW of the Sea
~ Dear Alan, I write this to you as Timothy told me of your 'tortuous' plight whereby for so many years you have had to 'fight' to survive against the insanity and greed of others who have seized control of your 'Sea Rights' as they use rules in a book to harass and control your every 'move,' and it is now my pen to dispel the 'myths' binding your mind and that of every professional fisherman who goes to sea. I trust that this document will assist you and all, being anybody dragged before the court of the 'State' as they can simply hand ITS 'Statement of submission' linked at the end to the Magistrate of the day, for within its texts are given the LEGAL reasons 'why' a master fisherman such as yourself does not have to 'pay' any 'licence' fees to another prior to venturing forth to feed his family and others less fortunate, nor does he need to comply with the endless rules of any institution of man. The LAW of the Sea applies to anyone who fishes commercially to feed his family and others relying on his capacity and bravery each day, and I can but 'hope' that any landlubber who interferes in any way using 'regulatory rules' or punitive measures for non-conformity to their 'decrees or demands' can IT see and not be a 'dope' continuing to interfere in the business of FISHERMEN. Before I 'enter' into this 'Law of the Sea' aspect, I need all 'landlubbers' who believe that they and only they can 'licence' and thus 'permit' others to fish are living under the FALSE 'flag' of PIRACY, for NO person is 'licensed' by God to extort any money from any other 'justifiably' or otherwise. It follows that all 'control & protectionism' by said landlubbers is a 'lawless activity' * (see note) because it is a contravention of God's Command AS WELL AS in contravention OF the 'Freedom of Religion' Clause of the Constitution of Australia and thus a TREASONABLE ACT.
God's Command:
"Love one another and go your way in peace"
IMPLYING: The Constitutional 'Freedom of Religion' clause aspect is given at the end of this document. The LAW of the Sea is that everyone who is NOT a professional fisherman is entitled to fish anywhere for the purpose of feeding their family, but they are always 'bound' by the constraints of God's LAW being: "As you do will be done unto you," and it follows that any person who 'trashes' the sea or coral or fish in overfishing will 'suffer' the same loss, deprivation or starvation which their actions IMPOSED upon others in the community. As for the professional fisherman who needs to 'take' to feed self and others the same law applies, however, it is incumbent upon the individual to fish further away from the shore so that 'local' stocks are not depleted, and they need to be aware of the hazards of defying God's Command in the foreknowledge that 'greater' is God's REPRIMAND within THE LAW because, excessive ocean depletion due to a greedy TAKE and overfishing which causes others greater suffering or impoverishment means; that greater becomes the burden of spiritual debt to be met by the greedy ones. The Sea belongs to GOD. The fish in the sea belong to man, for God enabled the 'catch' so that man could survive on this level of consciousness. The fish do NOT belong to any 'emperor, king, queen, president, politician' or national 'flag.' The fish belongs to the 'one' who 'braves' the sea and takes the 'catch' HOME, for God enabled the 'catch' so that man could survive on this level of consciousness. Woe upon the heads of those who 'intercept' and make any coercive threats, monetary or other demands. Woe unto any other who steals by 'rules' or 'force of arms,' for they ALL will be consigned into the PIT of oblivion unless they amend their thieving murderous ways. page 2 ANY 'infidel' non believer who makes a 'move' to STEAL illegally using the word; 'legitimately,' backed by force of arms or a RULE in a book is in contempt of God's Holy Command and place themself into the punitive aspect of God's LAW: (Reference at document end)
The SEA belongs to GOD. Let it BE clearly understood: ANY 'infidel' non believer who makes a move to steal using a RULE in a book or backed by force of arms or coercion is in conflict with God's Holy Command, and place themself within the punitive aspect of God's immutable LAW and; it needs to be seen and understood that God placed a 'stipulation' within the overriding authority of the land, (The Australian Constitution) that any person who is NOT 'disturbing the peace of the land' is entitled to NOT be subjected to ANY later day rules, decrees, edicts, orders invoked subsequent to the raising UP of the "Constitution," being THE OVERRIDING SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY. Any person in any 'official' or other capacity who exerts control over said 'peaceful' persons using state or commonwealth or ANY OTHER RULES is a person defiant of God and in defiance of the Constitution, and is committing TREASON against the CROWN Authority of man and God, an 'action' which is punishable by spiritual death. The practise of monetary extortion, control, interference and subsequent fine, harassment, punishment, seizure of vessels, vehicles and equipment must now CEASE, for it is an ILLEGAL activity in the eyes of God AND the Constitution of the land 'governing' the conduct of man. Any magistrate defiant of this DECREE and believing that their 'mandate' or 'badge of office' nullifies ANYTHING written by me is MAD, and they will consign their own soul to the 'deep' DARK Abyss for eternity. I add the following to you Alan; "Acquire your own small 22' trailer boat you can keep at HOME and put to sea with NO 'permit or licence' and get ON with your life with God as your 'wife,' and if ANYONE seizes your 'catch' or vessel then simply submit a copy of the 'Submission' pages to the magistrate as you say:
page 3 So Alan, other than that, I request that you now advise all fishermen you meet to do the same thing after reading my 'notices to seamen,' for no 'brave' fisherman should 'give in' to the extortionist demands of landlubbers who daily find more 'ways' to steal money from the 'purse' of fishermen. Set yourself now FREE by enlightening everybody, and as you so do you also show 'landlubbers' that they are NOT 'mini god's' neither are they operating legally as you show them the correct way to live and be. All 'landlubbers' even retired fishermen must now 'butt out' of interfering in the lives and livelihoods of fishermen earning their daily bread HONESTLY or DIE spiritually. No man has to 'live' according to the rules (orders) of any other, irrespective of what the other demands backed by force of arms. When you the individual STOP funding their iniquity and being complicit to their control and harassment of other fishermen, then your God will leave YOU in PEACE. I add; in order' to be in conformity with God's Command AS WELL AS the 'release' factor within the Constitution stipulating: "You are free to live by your conscience (and NOT be ruled by subsequent rules) as long as YOU DO NOT DISTURB THE PEACE OF OTHERS, also means that you cannot be a 'voter or taxpayer,' for if you are a voter & taxpayer, then you are in fact complicit to the control, interference and punishment of others who ARE having their 'peace' disturbed by armed forces officials operating in your name and on your behalf using your tax contributions as their wages. It follows that to be left in peace by GOD, (Who operates through the minds of mortal men) then you must pay NO 'licence fees or fines or taxes' and you give FREE 'fish' or support to the needy or other benign community services directly with any spare funds you have earned. NEVER give any 'ransom' money to extortionists irrespective of their 'disguise' and, - - - you must also now be an absolute pacifist at all times and in all situations.
