This an an educational document in the case of; The continued persecution of Mrs. C. Barnes in her 'arrest' on a Launceston street. ~ The criminal Police Service of Tasmania ~ Open letter to The police commissioner, Tasmania politicians and the newspapers. Dear Commissioner & others, Ref; threat, coercion, extortion, duress, and conflict with our Creator It is with absolute 'incredulity' that I see the depths of depravity and insanity to which the politicians and officers of the 'peace' force of Tasmania have SUNK, as politicians 'dictate' legislation, and then police are forced to 'obey' these 'text' book rules which enable the supposed 'legitimate' extortion of funds from the community backed by force of arms. The texts are 'decrees' which 'permit' civilians to be totally disadvantaged and criminally interfered with and further, they are forced 'under duress' to pay fines, fines which if not paid result in people having their means of transport to school or hospital or work or play nullified or 'forbidden' to use because these 'edicts' confiscate their Driver's Licence which is 'cancelled' or suspended, and all this is done irrespective of their rights or beliefs or conscience or ideology. "Where" I ask is the sanity or rationality of nullifying a driver's licence simply because a 'few' dollars parking ticket 'fine' has been refused or overlooked for certain reasons? The 'enslavement of' and 'subjugation of' people exists in every land today as the 'DARK power' enforces Its control over all using the vain, power hungry and ignorant. Have the police 'service' or dictatorial politicians even considered the insurance 'ramifications' resulting from 'driver disqualification' due to their 'other' endless 'new' rules being attached to old rules? No. These rules are the ones wherein they state that NO accident 'policy' is valid unless the driver concerned has paid an annual 'tax' to their coffers and, - - - that insurance policies are now invalidated if the 'insured' has any outstanding parking meter fines. None actually see that in the first instance, the driver's 'validity' has naught to do with any annual fee 'validification,' but ONLY as to whether a 'pass' was attained when being tested for road use 'competency.'
Believe you me, soon, the police and politicians and magistrates will 'bear' the BRUNT of Retributive INSANITY soon to sweep this earth in the manner as revealed by me. Why? For being the 'foolish' men and women who strut around with 'arms' or backed by ARMED men and openly stealing money from EVERYONE using text in books of rules. Magistrates and the police IMPOVERISH the nation for and on behalf of the political 'elders' who are so obviously MAD, and whose 'vanity' exceeds all bounds. page 2 As I AM God's Plenipotentiary it is my DUTY to God and mankind to 'pen' this NOTE, and to publicly advise everyone to HALT their 'vote' and HALT their tax payments or fines and other extortionist licence fees and get ON with their life with GOD as their 'guide' and ONLY fund benign community effort and fund the provision of benign community services directly as they simply go their way in peace as COMMANDED, and pay NO 'other' a wage to interfere in the lives of others or cause others 'duress or injury.' When a 68 year old 'grandmother' (Mrs. Barnes) is going about her days work peacefully and assisting and caring for community members and is NOT disturbing the peace and is halted by armed 'terrorists' named POLICE, and told that she is driving with a cancelled 'DL' due to failing to pay a parking ticket and, - - - She is 'coerced' under duress to go against her conscience and to pay IT (the alleged debt) so as to be reinstated as a 'valid' driver, and also told she is to appear in court for driving 'unlicensed' and to accrue a further 'penalty,' then it SHOWS the SANE of mind that the END 'game' of the world has come as has the 'second coming' ONE to ADVISE all to ONLY fund benign services provision and that NO 'armed' people in any 'guise' of officialdom or otherwise are to be 'funded' monetarily because, ALL they 'punitively' do unto others on your behalf or in your name becomes your own 'spiritual due' of SUFFERING. I state:
Indeed, great will BE their own 'travail' and they will more than 'wail.' I advise you that: As I am spiritual counsellor and 'advisor' to Mrs. Barnes, I went to her Bank on 28th September (2013) and had the payment to the Monetary penalties and fines enforcement services halted pending her return to 'sanity,' and now that she has regained her 'composure' and stilled her fears, she is very happy for that act because, she fully comprehends that:
"Love one another and go your way in peace and be merciful and compassionate and forgive your enemy." God is the Sovereign Power and authority to BE obeyed at all times and in all situations, and until this fact & factor is understood by man of any or all 'walks of life,' there will BE ongoing 'conflict' with God, and errant man by God is seen as being of criminal intent and deed and the suffering of man will BE ongoing. page 3 Any person bringing another to 'arrest' who has NOT disturbed the peace is themself disturbing the peace of the land and in ERROR of teaching and ERROR of judgement and ERROR of BELIEF. As our Creator God has empowered me to BE His/Her counsellor on earth to set FREE any 'one' seeking Salvation, I must here and now BE absolutely truthful as I ever am so as to awaken the 'constabulary' and magistrates as well as the world community to THE REALITY given only by me. This 'case' is one wherein Mrs. Barnes, in trying to be 'true to God' and therefore obedient to the 'love & peace & compassion & mercy' Command of THE Sovereign Power God, is accosted by police officers, resulting from a 'political decree' invoking an automatic 'disqualify from driving' for non payment of an original $12 parking meter 'fine.' In the perspective of God in the 'first instance,' the resultant arrest was a CRIMINAL deed because, it was an 'activity' of control, manipulation, imposition of duress, coercion and extortion and threat of further punishment, and these 'acts' were disturbing the peace of THE PEACEFUL going about their daily business. My advice to Mrs. Barnes and everyone on the planet is to IGNORE 'licence fee' rulings and ONLY obey God if they 'wish' by HIM to BE set FREE eventually. Mrs Barnes is advised by me that her 'qualification' to drive is her 'pass' certificate of competency when she took her driving test years ago, and IT needs NO annual 'fee' to remain valid. As she is not a 'voter' and not a tax payer she is NOT a 'party member' of the punitive regime which controls Tasmanians and which operates in a manner DEFIANT of God and, - - - in order to REMAIN compliant with the Command of God THE CREATOR she must NEVER pay a 'fine,' for if she did, this would mean that she 'bows' to and financially supports a CONTRA unloving and punitive 'religious' DOCTRINE and, - - - she would lose her protection of/from God as He would see her actions as 'unfaithful,' and He would place her within the punitive aspect of His Law. Every 'child of God' has the RIGHT to NOT 'fight' and NOT support nor fund the wages or 'coffers' of a punitive organisation which controls and interferes in the lives of others and causes HARM. If you the reader wish to HALT accruing a suffering due then you must also pay NO annual 'operational' licence fees and, you must never pay any fines. If you have any spiritual 'debts to God' then you will be imposed upon by God's dark earthly forces and have your goods seized or, you will be jailed etc., but never fund that Dark System. Suffer any imposition and BE set free spiritually as YOU 'forgive your persecutors' and 'turn the other cheek and remain meek.' Any suffering imposed by the vain, arrogant and ignorant is being imposed by God to fulfill the punitive aspect of His Law. This He does VIA non-believers in 'mercy and love.' They need to be educated by me so that they can comprehend that all they 'do unto you' punitively will ahead be 'done unto them' by others equally arrogant or ignorant of God and His immutable Law. Never make any insurance 'claim' against any other even if the 'loss' was caused by them. Simply have your OWN insurance cover so that you NEVER lay 'blame' upon others, for that is an UNFORGIVING act, and if any insurer wishes to claim against another then it is them at fault. page 4 If you are a serving police officer then you must 'honour' your conscience and God, and you do not 'uphold the peace' by throwing the 'rules book' at people who ARE peaceful, for in so doing, it is YOU disturbing the peace. You cannot serve TWO 'masters.' The police commander needs to ask himself: "Am I paid a wage from the pockets of politicians and do I work for the politicians or, am I paid a wage from the pockets of THE PEOPLE and should I be upholding THE PEACE OF THE LAND for God and everyone"? The police commander needs to see that his 'men & women' are being used as 'scapegoats' in a clandestine manner, and that their present role is very 'underhand,' albeit it appears to be honourable and justified. It is my duty to ALERT you of a terrifying hidden reality to which you are presently unaware. Please now READ my attached Links below so that police officers can then be told by you to ONLY haul in those who factually DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE LAND so that their 'souls' remain SAFE. I shall be alerting the world population to the FACT that they must ONLY fund a 'peace corps' of honourable services men and women who will 'uphold' the peace in a benign and educative manner as per the 'Offender Seminar' program. This way they and all remain within the precepts of the Command of God and thus within the benign aspect of the Law of God. Please withdraw the 'summons' to court and leave Mrs. Barnes in peace. If you are unable to so do, then I will represent her in Court and place her 'defence' hereon prior to the case for all to see and, - - - within IT will be revealed the deeper extent of iniquity wherein the police, the politicians and all complicit are not only defiant of their God, but also defiant of the Constitutional Authority of the Institution they 'swear' an 'oath' to uphold. Mrs Barnes as all is entitled to live according to her belief and conscience as long as she does not disturb the peace of the land. Any person denying her this fundamental RIGHT place their own soul in grave jeopardy and will FALL deep into the dark a very long way from God's LIGHT. Note: The recent attack upon THE PEOPLE of Syria by their 'own' armed forces can equally take place in Australia or the USA or anywhere, for politicians are X-tremely vain and arrogant and ungodly irrespective of their 'sworn' beliefs, and they will stop at NOTHING to maintain their 'privileged' positions of power and to them, you and I and all are naught but a 'tax file number' to be used to their 'ends.' Yes, they as others can easily issue an 'order' to 'kill their own people,' and the armed forces will be 'duty bound' and they will do it. If pure Truth be told, we need to sack all politicians and simply have Tasmania become the world's first 'Free State.' A place where the only 'forces' are the 'peace corps' to uphold the peace and the welfare organisations funded directly by public donation. People will fund the provision of benign services directly, be it roads upkeep or insurance or schools or hospitals etc., and there will be NO 'border' patrol, restriction or control, tax or 'duty.' Remember, rules are simply TEXT in a book, thus they are RESOLUTE, unyielding and unconscionable, and they have NO 'mercy, compassion, love or forgiveness' within them, and the moment you 'don' an 'official' uniform you are forced by said rules to become an unconscionable BEAST having NO mercy, compassion, love or forgiveness, and it is thus that you 'work for the Devil' and defy the Command of your God.
